Claims (6)
- 덮개형 하우징(10)과, 제1나선형요소(22)가 연장되는 제1원형단부판(21)을 갖고 하우징내에 고정 배치되는 고정스크롤(20)과, 제2나선형요소(32)가 연장되는 제2원형단부판(31)을 갖는 선회스크롤(30)과, 상기 선회스크롤(30)의 선회운동을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해 선회스크롤(30)에 작동가능하게 연결되어 적어도 한쌍의 유체포켓의 체적을 변경시키는 구동수단(13)과, 상기 선회스크롤(30)의 선회운동중에 선회스크롤(30)의 회전을 방지하기 위한 회전방지수단(70)과, 방사상의 중간위치에서 제1원형단부판(21)을 지지하기 위해 하우징에 배치된 제1지지수단(110)과, 방사상의 외부위치에 제1원형단부판(21)을 지지하기 위해 하우징내에 위치된 제2지지수단(113;113a)을 포함하며, 상기 제1 및 제2나선형요소(22,23)들은 일정한 각도로 오프셋 형태로 맞물리게 되어 다수의 선접촉을 형성하므로서 적어도 한쌍의 밀폐 유체포켓을 한정하는, 스크롤형 유체압축기에 있어서, 상기 제1지지수단(110) 및 제2지지수단(113)은 제1원형단부판(21)과 제1지지수단(110)사이로 축방향의 틈(L1)이 형성되도록 치수설정되고, 상기 제1원형단부판(21)의 외측원주면이 제2지지수단(113)상에 위치되는 경우, 상기 제1지지수단(110)에 의해 제1원형단부판(21)을 고정시키는 고정수단(111)이 제1지지수단(110)을 향해 제1원형단부판(21)을 당기므로서, 상기 원형단부판(21)을 변형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 유체압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(10)은 외주벽(115)을 갖는 컵형상 케이싱(11)으로 구성되고, 상기 제2지지수단은 케이싱(11)의 외주벽(115)의 내부면에 형성된 환형 리지(113)로 구성되고, 상기 환형 리지(113)는 제1원형단부판(21)의 한 단부상에 상기 제1원형단부판(21)의 방사형 외부의 축방향 표면을 접촉하고 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 유체압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1지지수단은 하우징의 축방향 단부면으로부터 내측으로 뻗어있는 지지부(110)를 포함하고, 상기 고정스크롤(20)은 제1나선형요소(22)에 대향한 제1원형단부판(21)의 축방향 단부면으로부터 뻗어있는 다수의 돌출부(23)를 포함하고, 상기 돌출부(23)들은 관통되어 설치된 나사볼트(111)에 의해 상기 지지부에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 유체압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2지지수단은 하우징의 외주벽(115)의 내부면에 형성된 다수의 아크형 리지(113a)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 유체압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 아크형 리지(113a)는 적어도 3개의 리지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 유체압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제1원형단부판(21)은 덮개형 하우징(10)의 내측영역을 배출실(50)과 흡입실(40)로 분할하고, 상기 하우징은 상기 흡입실(40)에 연결된 유체 흡입구(41)와 상기 배출실(50)에 연결된 유체 배출구(51)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 유체압축기.
