Claims (9)
- 트랜지스터들을 매트릭스 상태로 내장하고 표면에 상기 트랜지스터들과 전기적으로 연결된 패드(43)들을 갖는 구동기판(41)과, 상기 구동기판(41) 상부의 단위 액츄에이터(55)에 2개가 소정거리 이격되게 형성되며 그 중 하나가 패드(43)와 전기적으로 접촉되게 형성된 지지부(45)와, 상기 지지부(45)의 상부에 양 끝단이 걸치도록 순차적으로 형성된 하부전극(47), 변형부(49) 및 상부전극(51)과, 상기 상부전극(51) 상부의 지지부(47)와 접촉되지 않은 상부방향으로 휘어짐이 가장 큰 중간 부분에 전기적으로 연결되도록 형성된 구동전달부(53)로 이루어진 액츄에이터와, 상기 구동기판(41)의 상부에 일측이 부착되며 상기 액츄에이터(55)의 구동전달부(53)에 타측의 끝 부분의 하부가 전기적으로 연결되도록 부착된 계단 형상으로 이루어진 반사판(57)을 포함하는 광로 조절 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지부(45)가 백금 및 백금/티타늄을 포함하는 고융점 금속 중에서 선택되는 것으로 형성된 광로 조절 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변형부(49)가 BaTiO3, PZT(Pb(Zr, Ti)O3) 또는 PLZT(Pb, La)(Zr, Ti)O3)의 압전세라믹으로 형성된 광로 조절 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변형부(49)가 PMN(Pb(Mg, Nb)O3)의 전왜세라믹으로 형성된 광로 조절 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부전극(51)이 알루미늄 또는 구리를 포함하는 도전성 금속 중에서 선택되는 것으로 형성된 광로 조절 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 상부전극(51)이 0.7~2㎛ 두께로 형성된 광로 조절 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구동전달부(53)는 알루미늄 또는 구리를 포함하는 도전성 금속중에서 선택된 것으로 형성된 광로 조절 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 구동전달부(53)가 0.7~2㎛ 두께로 형성된 광로 조절 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사판(57)이 알루미늄 및 구리를 포함하는 전기적 특성이 양호한 금속 중에서 선택된 것으로 형성된 광로 조절 장치.
