Claims (10)
- 메탄, 에텐 및 에탄을 포함하는 탄화수소 공급 원료 기체로부터 에텐을 회수하기 위한저온 분리 방법에 있어서, 이 분리 방법은 하기(a), (b) 및 (c)단계로 구성되며, 여기에서 냉가압된 기체상 스트림들은 순차적으로 배열된 다수의 분리 유니트들내에서 분리되며, 상기 분리 유니트들 각각은 응축된 액체를 중력 흐름을 이용해 상부 수직 분리기 부분으로부터 하부 액체 포집기 부분내로 포집하도록 작동적으로 연결되어 있으며, 상기 하부 포집기 부분으로부터 기체는 상향으로 상부 수직 분리기 부분을 통과하여 냉각되며, 그것에 의해 상향 흐름 기체는 상기 분리기 부분내에서 부분 응축되어 상향 흐름 기체 스트림과 직접 접촉하는 환류 액체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 분리 방법 : (a) 상기 공급 원료 기체를 저온에서 회수하는 메탄이 풍부한 일차 기체 스트림 및 C₂탄화수소 성분이 풍부하고 소량의 메탄을 함유한 하나 이상의 일차 액체 응축물 스트림으로 분리하기 위해 순차적으로 연결된 다수의 냉각기 분리 유니트들을 갖는 일차 분리 대역내로 상기 공급 원료 기체를 도입하고, (b) 상기 일차 분리 대역으로부터 얻어진 상기 하나 이상의 일차 액체 응축물 스트림을 순차적으로 연결된 탈메탄화 장치 대역들을 갖는 분별 시스템에 통과시키고, 여기에서 적절하게 낮은 저온이 일차 탈메탄화 장치 분별 대역내에 이용되어 상기 일차 액체 응축물 스트림으로부터 다량의 메탄을 일차 탈메탄화 장치 오버헤드 증기 스트림 상태로 회수하며, 또한 에탄 및 에텐이 풍부하고 메탄이 거의 없는 일차 액체상태의 탈메탄화된 저부 스트림을 회수하며, (c) 상기 일차 탈메탄화 장치 오버헤드 증기 스트림의 적어도 일부를 초저온의 이차 탈메탄화 장치 대역내에서 추가 분리하여, 일차 액체 상태인 에텐이 풍부한 C₂탄화수소 조 생성물 스트림 및 C₂탄화수소가 거의 없는 이차 탈메탄화 장치 초저온 오버헤드 증기 스트림을 회수한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈메탄화된 액체 저부 스트림의 적어도 일부와 상기 에텐이 풍부한 일차 탄화수소 조 생성물 스트림을 분별함으로써 정제된 에텐 생성물을 산출하는 단가의 단계(d)를 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 탈메탄화된 액체 저부 스트림으로부터 에탄 및 중질의 탄화수소를 제거하고, 단계(d)에서 분별된 이차 조 에텐 스트림을 제공하기 위해 탈메탄회된 액체 저부 스트림을 분별하는 추가 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 분리 유니트는 중력 흐름에 따라 응축된 액체를 상부 분류기 열교환기로부터 하부 분류기 드럼 용기내로 포집할 수 있도록 배열된 분류기 유니트를 포함하며, 상기 상부 분류기 열교환기는 수직 위치한 다수의 간접 열교환 통로들을 갖고 있어, 이를 통해 하부 드럼 용기로부터 얻어진 기체가 상향으로 이동하여 냉매 유체와 상기 열교환 통로내에서 간접 열교환 됨으로써 냉각되고, 그렇게하여 상향으로 흐르는 기체는 상기 통로의 수직 표면상에서 부분 응축되어 상기 환류 액체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 액체 응축물은 순차적으로 연결된 3개 이상의 분류 대역들로부터 회수되며 상기 일차 탈메탄화 장치 오버헤드 증기 스트림의 적어도 일부는 상기 일차 및 이차 탈메탄화 장치 대역들 사이에 작동적으로 연결된 역류 접촉 유니트 내에서 중간 분류 대역으로부터 얻어진 중간 액체 스트림과 직접 열교환 관계로 접촉되어 있으며, 상기 역류 접촉 대역에서 얻어진 액체는 상기 이차 탈메탄화 장치 대역의 하부 단계로 보내지고 상기 역류 접촉 대역으로부터 얻어진 증기는 상기 이차 탈메탄화 대역의 상부 단계로 보내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 이차 탈메탄화 장치 오버헤드 증기 스트림을 최종 분류기 유니트에 통과시켜 상기 이차 탈메탄화 장치 대역의 정상 부분까지 재순환하도록 하기 위한 최종 초저온 액체 환류 스트림 및 메탄이 풍부한 최종 분류기 오버헤드 증기 스트림을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적절하게 저온인 냉각제는 235°K 내지 290°K의 온도에서 유지되며, 초저온 냉각제는 235°K이하에서 유지되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급 원료 기체가 에텐 10 내지 50 몰%, 에탄 5 내지 20몰%, 메탄 10 내지 40몰%, 수소 10 내지 40몰% 와 C₃탄화수소 최대 10몰%를 포함하는 방법.
- 메탄, 에탄 및 에텐을 포함하는 탄화수소 공급 원료 기체로부터 에텐을 회수하기 위한 저온 분리 시스템에 있어서, 이 분리 시스템이 적절한 저온 냉매 및 초저온 냉매의 제공원 ; 중간 및 최종 분류기 유니트들과 순차적인 흐름 관계로 작동적으로 연결된 일차 분류기 유니트를 포함하는 연속 냉동 장치로서, 이 때 냉가압된 기체상 스트림은 일련의 분류기 유니트들 내에서 분리되며, 상기 분류기 유니트들 각각은 고비등 성분이 풍부한 응축된 액체를 상부 분류기 열교환기로부터 하부 분류기 드럼내로 포집하기 위한 수단을 갖으며, 상기 상부 분류기 열교환기에서는 상향 흐름 기체를 부분 응축시켜 상기 상향 흐름 기체와 직접 접촉되는 환류 액체를 형성하여 하향 흐름성 냉각기 액체의 응축 스트림을 제공하고, 그럼으로써 점차 C₂탄화수소가 풍부해지는 응축된 분류기 액체가 제공되는 연속 냉동장치 ; 공급 원료 혼합물을 일차-냉매 온도 부근에서 회수된 메탄이 풍부한 일차 기체 스트림 및 C₂가 풍부하고 소량의 메탄을 포함하는 일차 액체 응축물 스트림으로 분리하기 위한 연속 냉각용 일차 분류기 유니트로 가압된 공급 원료를 주입하기 위한 수단 ; 일차 분류기 유니트로부터 얻어진 일차 액체 응축물 스트림을 저온 탈메탄화 장치 분별 시스템에 보내어 응축된 저비등 성분을 응축된 액체로부터 회수하기 위한 유체 취급 수단으로서, 상기 분별 시스템이 적절한 저온 냉매의 제공원에 작동적으로 연결되어 상기 일차 액체 응축물 스트림으로부터 일차 분별기 오버헤드 증기 스트림내로 다량의 저비등 성분을 회수하고, 또한 저비등 성분이 거의 없는 일차 액체 분별기 저부 스트림을 회수하기 위한 일차 환류 응축기 수단을 포함하는 일차 분별 대역을 갖는 유체 취급 수단 ; 주로 고비등 성분으로 구성된 액체 생성물 스트림 및 이차 분별기 초저온 오버헤드 증기 스트림을 회수하기 위해 초전온 냉매 제공원에 작동적으로 연결된 이차 환류 응축기 수단을 포함하는 이차 분별 대역을 갖는 상기 분별 시스템; 및 하나 이상의 중간 분류기 유니트로부터 응축된 중간 액체 스트림을 상기 이차 분별 대역의 중간 단계로 통과시키기 위한 수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 분리 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 일차 냉매는 프로필렌을 포함하고, 초저온 냉매는 에틸렌을 포함하는 시스템.
