Description
Claims (12)
- 광 케이블에 의한 선로에서 접속 및 분기시 요구되는 다심 광 콘넥터 제작을 위한 금형에 있어서, 수지가 주입되는 게이트(101)와 연결되고, 상,하부 금형(100a, 100b)을 결합하였을 때, 콘넥터가 성형되게 되는 캐비티(30)아, 상기 캐비티(30)의 좌우측에 일정거리 이격되게 형성된 제1 안착부(40a) 및 제2 안착부(50a)를 포함하는 상,하부 금형(100)과; 제1 안착부(40a)에 삽입되되, 상기 캐비티(30) 쪽으로 형성된 하나 이상의 마이크로 홀(41)을 갖는 제1 칩(40)과; 제2 안착부(50a)에 삽입되되, 상기 마이크로 홀의 중심 축선과 나란하게 형성된 하나 이상의 가이드 홀(51)을 갖는 제2 칩(50)과; 상기 가이드 홀(51)을 관통하여 상기 마이크로 홀(41) 속으로 삽입되는 하나 이상의 코어(61)를 구비한 정렬블럭(60)으로 이루어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 광 케이블 접속 콘넥터 제작용 금형 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 안착부(40a) 및 제2 안착부(50a) 표면에 자성체(70)가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 광 케이블 접속 콘넥터 제작용 금형 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 안착부(40a) 및 제2 안착부(50a) 표면을 지그재그로 형성하고, 상기 제1 칩(40)과 제2 칩(50)의 저면이 대응되는 지그재그 형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광 케이블 접속 콘넥터 제작용 금형 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 홀(41)의 입구측 단면이 나팔관 형상으로 이루어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 광 케이블 접속 콘넥터 제작용 금형 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 칩(40)이 마이크로 홀(41)을 중심으로 분할되어 복수개의 적층칩들로 이루어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 광 케이블 접속 콘넥터 제작용 금형 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 칩(50)이 가이드 홀(51)을 중심으로 분할되어 복수개의 적층칩들로 이루어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 광 케이블 접속 콘넥터 제작용 금형 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어(61)는 가이드 핀(61a)가 니들(61b)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광 케이블 접속 콘넥터 제작용 금형 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 니들(61b)의 직경이 광 섬유의 직경과 대략 동일한 직경으로 이루어 진것을 특징으로 하는 광 케이블 접속 콘넥터 제작용 금형 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 적층형 제1 칩(40)이 서로 접하는 면에 자성체(70)가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 광 케이블 접속 콘넥터 제작용 금형 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 적층형 제2 칩(50)이 서로 접하는 면에 자성체(70)가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 광 케이블 접속 콘넥터 제작용 금형 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 홀(41)의 직경이 광 섬유의 직경과 동일한 직경으로 이루어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 광 케이블 접속 콘넥터 제작용 금형 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 홀(41)의 수가 가이드 홀(51)의 수보다 많게 배열된 제1 칩(40)가 상기 가이드 홀(51) 및 코어(61)의 수가 동일한 상기 정렬블럭(60)으로 이루어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 광 케이블 접속 콘넥터 제작용 금형 장치.
