Abstract
냉장실 도어에 설치된 물 공급장치의 급수동작을 솔레노이드를 이용하여 제어하게 되어 부품수와 작동구조를 단순화하고 누수 및 잔수율을 감소시켜 동작의 응답을 향상시킬 수 있 게 한 냉장고용 물 공급장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 물 공급장치는 매우 복잡한 구조로 형성되어 이에 비례한 많은 부속품들로 이루어지게 되는데, 이에 따라 조립공정이 늘어날 뿐만 아니라 생산원가가 상승되는 문제점과, 수평운동을 수직운동으로 전환함에 따라 작동상에 무리가 따르고, 이 상태로 장기간 사용시에는 피스톤의 급격한 마모로 인한 밸브개폐 동작이 불량해지는 원인이 되어 누수현상등이 발생되었던 바, 따라서, 냉장실 도어(100)에 수직으로 설치된 급수관(200)내에서 승강수단(500)이 상·하 운동되게 하여 제1·2축(300)(400)에 각각 착설된 밸브(310)(420)를 개폐토록 하는 단순동작으로 급수 또는 단수되게 함으로써 동작상의 불량율을 최소화 한 것이다.The solenoid control of the water supply operation of the water supply unit installed in the refrigerating chamber door, which simplifies the number of parts and operation structure and reduces the leakage and residual rate, improves the response of the operation.
