Claims (6)
- 저탄소계의 붕소강으로 구성되는 재료를 사용해서 링크소재(1)를 제작하고, 상기한 링크소재를 1200±50℃로 단조하여 링크형상으로 하며, 단조시의 열 또는 재가열에 의해 750±10℃ 이상의 온도가 되어 있는 상기한 링크형상의 링크소재를 급냉시켜 링크소재 전체를 균일한 마르텐사이트조직으로 하고, 그 다음에 링크소재(1) 전체를 200±50℃의 온도로 뜨임하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무한궤도용 링크의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단조시에 양 끝면(2), (3), 너트자리면(4) 핀구멍(5), 부시구멍(6)을 열간트리밍해서 제품에 가까운 형상으로 만들고, 뜨임후에 핀구멍(5), 부시구멍(6)에 다듬질가공을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무한궤도용 링크의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 핀구멍(5)과 부시구멍(6)만을 다듬질가공을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무한궤도용 링크의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저탄소계붕소강은 0.2~0.3wt%의 탄소, 1~100wtppm의 붕소를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무한궤도용 링크의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 링크소재(1)가 저온뜨임 후에 있어서도 HRC42 이상의 경도를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무한궤도용 링크의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 링크소재(1)가 HRC42~56의 경도를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무한궤도용 링크의 제조방법.
