Claims (6)
- 고농도 산업 폐수를 처리하는데 사용하는 미생물 부착용 담체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, ALC계 다공성 세라믹을 실리카 졸에 침지시켜 진공 코팅법에 의해 코팅하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 미생물 부착능이 향상된 폐수 처리용 및 ALC계 다공성 세라믹 담체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 졸내의 실리카 입자는 pH 1.5 내지 5의 범위에서 숙성하여 성장시킨 것을 사용하여서 됨을 특징 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리용 ALC계 다공성 세라믹 담체의 제조 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 입자의 성장된 크기는 10 내지 13 nm의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리용 ALC계 다공성 세라믹 담체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 진공 코팅법은 상기 세라믹을 10-1내지 10-2토르의 진공하에서 실리카 졸에 침지시키고 10 내지 40분 동안 진공을 서서히 풀어서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리용 ALC계 다공성 세라믹 담체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 졸의 농도는 실리카 고형분이 무게비로 10 내지 40%로 하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리용 ALC계 다공성 세라믹 담체의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 졸이 코팅된 상기 세라믹은 추가로 5 내지 30초 동안 수세한 후, 상온에서 12 내지 48시간 동안 건조시킨 다음 400 내지 500℃에서 1시간 동안 열처리하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리용 ALC계 다공성 세라믹 담체의 제조 방법.
