Claims (9)
- 투명한 표면층과 반사 소자열(素子列)을 포함하는 역반사 재료에 있어서, 상기 각 반사 소자는, (a) 길이가 L인 장방형 기저부, (b) 상기 길이 L보다 짧은 길이 Y의 교차선이 있는 상호 대략 수직인 2개의 사각형면, (c) 상기 사각형면에 대략 수직인 삼각형면, (d) 상기 장방형 기저부에 수직인 평면에 의하여 약 sin-1(0.25/n)내지 약 sin-1(1/n)(여기서, n은 반사 소자의 굴절률) 범위의 각 α를 형성하는 비수직 삼각형면을 구비하며, 상기 사각형면, 상기 삼각형면 및 상기 비수직 삼각형면은 상기 장방형 기저부와 교차하고, 상기 삼각형면과 사각형면은 그 사이에서 큐브 코너를 형성하고, 상기 비수직 삼각형면과 상기 사각형면은 그 사이에서 비직교 코너를 형성하며, 상기 반사 소자는 상기 표면층과 인접한 이들의 기저부와 함께 정렬되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사각형면은 상기 장방형 기저부와 약 45°의 각도로 만나는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장방형 기저부와 교차하는 서로 수직인 사각형면의 교차각의 이등분선을 각각 갖는 경사진 이등분선 반사 소자를 구비하고, 상기 이등분선은 상기 장방형 기저부에 수직인 선에 의하여 약 5°내지 약 45°의 각 β를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사 소자는 2개조의 수직 교차하는 평행한 홈으로 형성되는데, 제1조인 V-형 홈에는 각각 제1면과 제2면이 있고, 제2조의 홈에는 각각 상기 표면층에 대략 수직인 제3면과 상기 표면층과 상기 표면층에 비수직인 제4면이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 재료.
- 투명한 표면층과 반사 소자열을 포함하는 역반사 재료에 있어서, 상기 반사 소자의 각각은, (a) 길이 L인 장방형 기저부, (b) 상기 길이 L보다 짧은 길이 Y의 교차선이 있는 상호 대략 수직인 2개의 사각형면, (c) 상기 사각형면에 대략 수직인 삼각형면, (d) 상기 장방형 기저부에 수직인 평면에 의하여 약 6°내지 약 65°범위의 각 α를 형성하는 비수직 삼각형면을 구비하며, 상기 삼각형면과 사각형면은 그 사이에서 큐브 코너를 형성하고, 상기 비수직 삼각형면과 상기 사각형면은 그 사이에서 비직교 코너를 형성하며, 상기 반사 소자는 상기 표면층과 인접한 이들의 기저부와 함께 정렬되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사 소자는 약 0.02 내지 약 10mm 사이의 깊이 D를 가지며, 상기 L은 Y의 약 두배인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 반사 소자는 금속화된 것임을 특징으로 하는 역반사 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 배킹층을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 재료.
- 제12항에 있어서, 배킹층을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 재료.
