Claims (7)
- 감광드럼(12)을 구비한 전자사진 프로세서 카트리지(10)에 있어서, 상기 감광드럼(12)의 일측에는 감광드럼 위에 전하층을 균일하게 도포하기 위해 접촉한 대전 수단(13)과, 상기 감광드럼의 타측에는 감광드럼으로 토너를 공급해주기 위해 회전하도록 설치된 현상롤러(14)와, 상기 토너로는 입자 모양이 구형에 가까운 중합토너(26)와, 상기 현상롤러(14)의 일측에는 현상롤러 표면과 접촉면(닙)을 형성하도록 규제롤러(18)를 설치하여, 상기 규제롤러(18)와 현상롤러(14) 사이에 형성한 닙에 의해 현상롤러 표면에 도포된 중합토너층이 2층 이하로 규제되고, 상기 현상롤러(14)에 바이어스(BIAS) 전압을 인가시켜 상기 감광드럼(12)에 형성된 노광영역(B)에는 토너가 현상되며, 비노광영역(A)에는 현상되지 못한 잔류토너가 달라붙어 상기 잔류토너가 현상롤러(14)로 다시 회수되는 것을 특징으로 전자사진 프로세서 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 현상롤러(14)의 재질은 도전성 NBR 고무임을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 프로세서 카트리지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 현상롤러(14)의 표면 경도는 20~50°임을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 프로세서 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규제롤러(18)는 직경이 4~10mm인 환봉임을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 프로세서 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규제롤러(18)는 상기 현상롤러(14)에 접촉하는 부분이 반구형임을 특징으로 전자사진 프로세서 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규제롤러(18)에는 현상롤러(14)쪽으로 가압하는 압력 수단(20)을 추가로 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 프로세서 카트리지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 압력수단(20)에 의해 상기 규제롤러(18)가 가압되는 압력은 0.5~2 Kg/cm2임을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 프로세서 카트리지.
