Claims (8)
- 서로 다른 크기의 입력 전압을 부하(L)에 공급하는 전원 회로로서, 변압기(TR)의 1차 권선(N1) 및 제 1 반도체 스위치(T1)의 주 전류 통로로 형성되는 제 1 직렬 배열부와, 상기 변압기의 2차 권선(N2) 및 정류 다이오드(D1)로 형성되며 상기 부하(L) 연결용 단자(3, 4)를 갖는 제 2 직렬 배열부와, 상기 제 1 반도체 스위치를 스위칭하는 제 2 반도체 스위치(T2)와, 상기 1차 권선을 통과하여 흐르는 전류의 크기인 신호를 발생시키는 수단(R1)을 구비하는 상기 전원 회로에 있어서, 상기 수단(R1)의 출력은 비교기(CP)의 제 1 비반전 입력(6)에 연결되고, 상기 비교기의 제 2 반전 입력(5)은 기준 전압 고정 수단(Rs)의 출력에 연결되고, 상기 비교기의 출력은 상기 제 2 반도체 스위치(T2)의 제어 입력에 연결되고, 상기 비교기(CP)의 반전 입력은 캐패시터를 거쳐 상기 제 2 반도체 스위치 T2의 출력에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 반도체 스위치는 제 1 및 제 2 트랜지스터로 구성되는데, 상기 비교기(CP)는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 트랜지스터(T1및 T2)와 반대의 도전형인 제 3 트랜지스터(T4)로 구성되며, 상기 제 3 트랜지스터의 베이스는 반전 입력(5)을 형성하며, 에미터는 비반전 입력(6)을 형성하고 콜렉터는 출력을 형성 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 회로.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 기준 전압 고정 수단(Rs)은 입력 전압의 크기인 신호를 수신하는 제어 입력을 가지며, 상기 수단(Rs)은 입력 전압이 높아짐에 따라 낮게되는 기준 전압을 공급하도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 회로.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 기준 전압 고정 수단(R8)은 베이스-에미터 접합이 제 1 저항(R8)과 병렬로 배열되어 있고 베이스-콜렉터 접합은 제 2 저항(R9)과 병렬로 배열되어 있는 제 4 트랜지스터(T3)의 회로로 구성되며, 상기 제 3 트랜지스터의 콜렉터와 상기 제 2 저항의 접합점은 기준 전압 고정 수단(Rs)의 출력을 이루고, 상기 제 3 트랜지스터의 베이스와 상기 제 1 및 제 2 저항의 접합점은 제어 신호 수신용 제어 입력을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 회로.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 기준 전압 고정 수단(Rs)은 1차 및 2차 분기를 갖는 전류 미러 회로를 포함하는데, 상기 전류 미러 회로는 상기 두 분기(R10, T5와 R12, T6) 각각을 통해 흐르는 전류가 입력 전압에 거의 비례하도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 회로.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 부하(L) 연결용 단자(3, 4)가 제공되는 상기 정류 다이오드(D1) 및 2차 권선(N2)의 상기 제 2 직렬 배열부는 상기 제 1 반도체 스위치(T1)의 주 전류 통로와 직렬로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 회로.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 1차 권선을 통과하는 전류의 크기인 신호를 발생시키는 수단(R1)은 상기 제 1 반도체 스위치(T1)와 상기 제 2 직렬 배열부(N2) 사이에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 회로.
- 재충전식 배터리(A1, A2)와, 모터(M)와, 상기 재충전식 배터리(A1, A2)와 회로내의 상기 모터(M)를 연결시키는 스위치(S) 및 전원 회로를 구비하는 면도기로서, 상기 전원 회로는 변압기(TR)의 1차 권선(N1) 및 제 1 반도체 스위치(T1)의 주전류 통로로 형성되는 제 1 직렬 배열부와, 상기 변압기(TR)의 2차 권선(N2) 및 정류 다이오드(D1)로 형성되고 상기 재충전식 배터리(A1, A2)에 접속되는 단자(3, 4)를 갖는 제 2 직렬 배열부와, 상기 1차 권선(N1)을 통해 흐르는 전류 크기인 신호를 발생시키는 수단(R1)을 구비하는 상기 면도기에 있어서, 상기 수단(R1)의 출력은 비교기(CP)의 비반전 입력(6)에 접속되며, 상기 비교기의 반전 입력은 기준 전압 고정 수단(Rs)의 출력에 연결되며, 상기 비교기의 출력은 상기 제 2 반도체 스위치(T2)의 제어 입력에 연결되고 상기 비교기(CP)의 반전 입력(5)은 캐패시터(C2)를 거쳐 상기 제 2 반도체(T2)의 출력에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면도기.
