Claims (8)
- 가열된 유리판을 냉각하는 장치에 있어서, 롤러 컨베이어는, 가열된 유리판을 반송평면에 따라서 반송방향에 반송하는, 수평으로 연장하고 있는 컨베이어 롤을 포함하고, 상기 컨베이어 롤은 반송방향을 따라서 서로로부터 일정한 간격으로 띄어져 있고 중심을 가지고 있어 그 둘레로 컨베이어 롤이 회전하여 반송을 제공하며, 각 컨베이어 롤은 반경 R의 외측 반송표면을 포함하고 있고; 그리고 위와 아래의 송풍두들의 세트들이 반송평면의 위로와 아래로 위치되고, 각 송풍두는 반송된 유리판과의 충돌을 위해 냉각 가스가 통해 공급되는 배출구들을 가지고 있으며, 상기 배출구들은 각각 반송된 유리판에 컨베이어 롤 반경 R보다 가깝게 위치돼 있고, 각 배출구는 수력직경(hydraulic diameter) D를 가지고 있고 배출구와 그의 가스 흐름 통로의, 반송된 유리판과의 충돌 간에 길이 L의 가스 흐름 통로를 제공하며, 각 배출구는 6보다 작은 L/D의 특성 길이를 가지고 있고, 또 배출구들은 유리판에 일정한 간격이 두어진 충돌위치를 제공하게 띄어져 배열돼 이루어지는, 유리판 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배출구들이 일반적으로 둥근, 유리판 냉각장치
- 제2항에 있어서, 송풍두들의 위와 아래의 세트들이, 수직으로 서로와 나란히 정렬돼 있으며, 서로와 나란히 정렬된 충돌위치를 제공하게 일정한 간격으로 띄어져 배열된 그의 배출구들을 가지고 있는, 유리판 냉각장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 컨베이어 롤에서 떨어져 위로 위치된, 수직으로 정렬된 관계의 한 세트의 위의 롤 의태(upper roll mimics)를 더 포함하고 있고, 또 위와 아래의 송풍두들이 서로 같은 크기와 형태를 가지고 있는 유리판 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 송풍두들의 위와 아래의 세트들이, 반송된 유리판과의 등변삼각형의 충돌위치를 제공하게, 일정한 간격으로 띄어져 배열된 그의 배출구들을 가지고 있는, 유리판 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 송풍두가 냉각 충만공간과 배출구들을 규정짓는 형성박판 송풍두 부재를 포함하는, 유리판 냉각장치
- 제6항에 있어서, 각 배출구가 냉각 가스의 그를 통한, 반송된 유리판에의 유통을 위해 배출구에 통해 들어가는 모서리 죽인 입구를 포함하는, 유리판 냉각장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 각 형성 박판 송풍두 부재가 컨베이어 롤에 평행으로 연장하는 기다란 형태를 가지고 또 배출구들이 위치돼 있는 굽은 형태의 형성단면을 가지고 있는, 유리판 냉각장치.
