Claims (6)
- 오일로부터 고체 및 액체 불순물을 여과시키는 오일 재생 장치에 있어서, 중심 오일 필터관이 장착된 케이싱을 가지며, 상기 케이싱의 한 단벽에는 상기 중심 오일 필터관과 연결되는 암나사가 가공된 리셉터클 수단을 가진 다공판이 형성되어 있고 상기 오일 필터관의 기단이 장착되며, 다른 단벽 근처에는 상기 오일 필터관의 말단이 장착되고, 섬유상 필터 물질이 상기 케이싱내에 충전되어 있는 나사난원통형 필터 캐니스터: 상기 필터 캐니스터 다공판 리셉터클 수단에 분리 가능하게 장착된 나사 가공된 연결구 수단이 하부로 연장되어 일체로 형성되고 이면과 상기 다공판이 오일 저류조를 형성하는 증발기 판: 중심 오일 필터 관과 연통되도록 증발기판에 형성된 통로로 이루어지는 오일 유입수단: 증발기 판에 장착되어 증발기 판과의 사이에 필터 조립체로부터 오일을 받아들여 오일이 그 속에서 순환되는 굴곡 증발실이 형성되도록 하는 증발기 헤드: 증발실 내에서 순환되는 오일을 가열시켜 오일로부터 액체 불순물이 증발되도록 증발기 헤드와 표면 대 표면 접촉을 하도록 상기 증발기 헤드에 형성된 공간 내에 장착된 가열기 수단, 상기 증발기 헤드에 장착되어 상기 가열기를 덮는 캡 수단, 증발실로부터 증발된 불순물을 배출시키기 위한 벤트 수단 및 여과된 오일을 배출시키기 위하여 증발실과 연통된 오일 유출 수단이 포함되는 재상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터 조립체는 상기 증발기 판에 나사 결합된 스핀 온 필터(spin on filter)인 재생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소정 온도에서 분해되어 산화 방지제를 방출하는 플라스틱 섬유가 상기 면 섬유에 포함되는 재생 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 산화 방지제가 입체장애 페놀(hindered phenols) 및 방향족 아민으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 재생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 유입관에는 중심 구멍과 이 중심 구멍으로부터 관의 외부로 통하는 여러개의 관통 구멍이 형성되어 있고, 상기 유체 유입관이 바깥쪽으로 확장되어 필터 하우징의 저벽과 접촉하는 선단을 가지는 재생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증발기 판 본체는 원형으로 되고, 증발기 판 본체의 하부로부터 바깥쪽으로 연작되는 나사난 연결구 수단내로 연장되는 유체 유입 통로가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 연결구 수단은 상기 원형 증발기 판의 중심과 축방향으로 정렬되어 있는 재생장치.
