Claims (29)

- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-함유 혼합 가스 흐름이 에틸렌, 수소 및 C1내지 C3탄화수소를 포함하는 공급 가스 혼합물(1)인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 공급 가스 혼합물(1)은 150 내지 400psia의 압력에서 공급되며, 단계(a) 내지 (d)는 150 내지 400psia의 범위에서 운용되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 냉 공급 응축 구역(101)은 1개 이상의 분류기, 또는 1개 이상의 부분 응축기 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (b)의 냉 처리 흐름 중 하나가 경 가스 흐름(3)의 적어도 일부분을 추가로 냉각 시키고 부분적으로 응축시키므로써 수득되는 수소-풍부한 증기 흐름 및 1개 이상의 메탄-풍부한 흐름으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급 응축물(5)이 약 -175℉ 내지 -225℉로 사이의 온도로 차냉각되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, (e) 혼합 냉매 압축 구역(117)내에서 1개 이상의 혼합 냉매 증기 흐름을 압축하고 이어서 생성되는 압축된 흐름을 냉각하여 부분적으로 응축된 혼합 냉매 흐름(33)을 생성하는 단계; (f) 부분적으로 응축된 혼합 냉매 흐름(33)을 상기 혼합 냉매 냉각 구역(107)내에서 1개 이상의 추가의 냉처리 흐름을 사용하는 간접 열교환에 의해 추가로 응축하는 단계; 및 (g) 단계 (f)의 추가로 응축된 혼합 냉매(35)의 제1부분(39)과 상기 냉 공급 응축 구역(101)으로부터의 공급 응축물(5)을 화합시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 부분적으로 응축된 혼합 냉매 흐름(33)이 메탄, 에탄, 에틸렌, 프로판, 프로필렌, C4탄화수소, 질소 및 수소로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 냉 처리 흐름 중 하나가 혼합 냉매 냉각 구역(107)내에서 가온되는 탈메탄화기의 상부 응축기 방출 흐름(17)의 적어도 일부분이며, 이때 혼합 냉매 냉각 구역의 제1 방출 증기(18)는 그것으로부터 제거되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 추가의 냉처리 흐름중 하나가 추가로 응축된 혼합 냉매(35)의 제2부분(41)을 플래시하므로써 공급되고, 이때 상기 제2부분(41)은 증발되어 혼합 냉매 구역의 제2방출 증기(43)을 생성하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 단계(b)의 상기 추가의 냉 처리 흐름 중 하나가 액체 가스 흐름(3)의 적어도 일부분을 추가로 냉각하고 부분적으로 응축시키므로써 수득되는 수소-풍부한 증기 흐름 및 1개 이상의 메탄-풍부한 흐름으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 추가로 응축된 혼합 냉매(35)의 제3부분(37)은 에틸렌 생성물 회수를 위해 제거되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 부분적으로 응축된 혼합 냉매 흐름(33)의 압력이 약 250 내지 550psia인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 부분적으로 응축된 혼합 냉매 흐름(33)의 압력이 약 150 내지 400psia인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 추가로 응축된 혼합 냉매 흐름(35)의 온도가 약 -50℉ 내지 -125℉인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기한 1개 이상의 혼합 냉매 증기 흐름이 냉 공급 응축 구역의 냉매 방출 흐름(9)을 포함하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기한 1개 이상의 혼합 냉매 증기 흐름이 혼합 냉매 냉각 구역의 제1방출 증기(18)를 포함하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기한 1개 이상의 혼합 냉매 증기 흐름이 혼합 냉매 냉각 구역의 제2방출 증기(43)를 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 에틸렌, 수소 및 C1내지 C3탄화수소를 함유하는 공급 가스 혼합물(1)을 냉각하고, 가온 공급 응축 구역(125)내에서 이의 일부분을 응축하므로써 에틸렌-함유 혼합 가스 흐름을 냉 공급 응축 구역(101)으로 공급하여 에틸렌-함유 혼합 가스 공급 흐름(51) 및 가온 공급 응축물(49)을 생성하는 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 가온 공급 응축 구역(125)이 1개 이상의 분류기, 또는 1개 이상의 부분 응축기, 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 가온 공급 응축물(49)을 플래시하고, 이어서 생성되는 플래시된 가온 공급 응축물(50)을 사용하는 간접 열교환에 의해 공급 가스 혼합물(1)의 냉각 및 응축을 위한 냉동의 적어도 일부분을 공급하고, 그것에 의해 플래시된 공급 응축물을 증발시켜 가온 공급 응축 구역의 냉매 증기(53)을 생성함을 추가로 포함하는 방법.

- 제25항에 있어서, 상기한 1개 이상의 혼합 냉매 증기 흐름 중 1개 이상이 약 50 내지 250psia 사이의 압력에서 존재하는 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 탈메탄화기의 상부 응축기 냉매 방출 흐름(17)의 적어도 일부분(20)과 플래시된 가온 공급 응축물(50)을 화합시켜 상기 가온 공급 응축 구역(125)에 추가의 냉동을 공급하는 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 추가로 응축된 혼합 냉매(35)의 제4부분(55)이 플래시되고, 이어서 생성되는 플래시된 가온 공급 응축물(50)과 화합되어 상기한 가온 공급 응축 구역(125)에 추가의 냉동을 공급하는 방법.
