Claims (11)
- a)물 대 탄산칼륨 중량비가 탄산칼륨 1g당 물 0.23g 내지 0.29g의 범위 내인 탄산칼륨 및 물로 구성되는 진한 페이스트를 제조하고; b)상기 페이스트를 압출시켜 압출물을 형성시킨 다음; c)상기 압출물을 건조시키는 단계로 구성되는, 촉매 지지체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페이스트 제조 시에, 탄산칼륨 및 물을 60분 이하의 범위내 시간 동안, 예컨대 0 내지 25℃ 범위 내의 온도에서 뮬링시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페이스트를 0내지 60℃ 범위 내의 배럴 온도를 가지는 압출기를 통하여 압출시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건조가 진공 건조 공정 또는 대류 건조 공정인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 생성되는 진공 건조된 압출물이 압출물의 총량을 기준으로 하여 0 내지 3 중량%의 물을 포함하고, 생성되는 대류 건조된 압출물이 0 내지 10 중량%의 물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생성되는 건조 압출물을 소성시키는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 따라 제조되는 소성된 압출물을 하나 이상의 알칼리 금속 원소, 예컨대, 리튬, 나트륨, 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘, 또는 이의 혼합물과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 촉매 시스템의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속원소가 지지체의 중량을 기준으로 촉매 시스템의 1 내지 20 중량%를 구성하는 방법.
- 이량체화 조건 하에서, 올레핀을 제7항에 따라 제조되는 촉매 시스템과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 이량체화 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 분자 당 C3내지 C30을 가지는 올레핀성 화합물을 이용하여, 80 내지 200℃ 범위 내의 온도, 1,000 내지 4,000 psig 범위 내의 압력, 및 0.1 내지 10 범위 내의 중량 시간 당 공간 속도에서,올레핀 접촉을 수행하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 프로피렌을 4-메틸-1-펜텐으로 이량체화하는 방법.
