Claims (6)
- 고주파 발생원과, 상기 고주파 발생원의 음극스템을 통해 누설되는 고주파에너지를 내부에 가두어 놓기 위해 설치된 쉴드박스와, 상기 쉴드박스내에 위치하며 고주파 흡수성이 큰 페라이트코어 및 도선으로 조합된 제1인덕터와, 고주파 흡수성이 공기보다는 크고 제1인덕터의 코어보다는 작은 코어 및 도선으로 조합된 제2인덕터로 구비하여, 상기 제1,2인덕터를 직렬로 연결함과 함께 상기 제2인덕터를 음극스템에 연결하여서 된 마그네트론.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2인덕터의 코어를 쎄라믹으로 하여서 된 마그네트론.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2인덕터의 코어를 플라스틱으로 하요서 된 마그네트론.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1인덕터와 제2인덕터의 권선방향을 반대방향으로 하여서 된 마그네트론.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 제1인덕터와 제2인덕터의 축방향을 서로 다르게하여서 된 마그네트론.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 고주파 발생원에 접속된 복수개의 도선에 직렬 접속되는 각각의 제2인덕터는 서로 다른 인덕턴스를 갖도록 함을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론.
