- 전자방사물질이 함침된 금속기체와, 상기 금속기체의 표면에 피복되는 피복층으로 이루어진 것에 있어서, 금속기체는 텅스텐을 주재료로 하여 여기에 이트륨(Y), 이리듐(Ir), 오스뮴(Os) 중 선택된 1종과, 산화스칸듐(Sc2O3)과, 규소(Si) 또는 마그네슘(Mg)을 포함하는 복합다공질 소결체로 하고 상기 소결체에 함침되는 복합전자방사물질은 BaO, CaO, Al2O3으로 하며, 상기 피복층은 (Ba, Ca, Sr)CO3탄산염으로 함을 특징으로 하는 함침형 디스펜서 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합다공질 소결체는 텅스텐(W)이 100중량부이고, 이트륨(Y), 이리듐(Ir), 오스뮴(Os) 중 선택된 1종이 20-40 중량부이며, 산화스칸듐(Sc2O3)이 5-30중량부이고, 규소(Si) 또는 마그네슘(Mg)이 5-20중량부로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 함침형 디스펜서 음극.
- 전자방사물질이 함침된 금속기체와, 상기 금속기체의 표면에 피복되는 피복층으로 이루어진 것에 있어서, 금속기체는 텅스텐을 주재료로 하여 여기에 산화스칸듐(Sc2O3)과, 규소(Si) 또는 마그네슘(Mg)을 포함하는 복합다공질 소결체로 하고, 상기 소결체에 함침되는 함침물질은 복합전자 방사물질인 BaO, CaO, Al2O3와 이트륨(Y), 이리듐(Ir), 오스뮴(Os)중 선택된 1종을 포함하며, 피복층은 (Ba, Ca, Sr)CO3탄산염으로 함을 특징으로 하는 함침형 디스펜서 음극.

- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 복합다공질 소결체에 함침되는 이트륨(Y), 이리듐(Ir), 오스뮴(Os) 중 선택된 1종이 20-40중량부이고, BaO, CaO, Al2O3의 배합몰비가 4-5 : 1-3 : 1-2임을 특징으로 하는 함침형 디스펜서 음극.
- 전자방사물질이 함침된 금속기체와, 상기 금속기체의 표면에 피복되는 피복층으로 이루어진 것에 있어서, 텅스텐(W)의 다공질금속기체에 BaO, CaO, Al2O3의 복합전자 방사물질이 함침된 제1금속기체와, 상기 제1금속기체에 적층되는 제2금속기체는 텅스텐을 주재료로 하여 여기에 이트륨(Y), 이리듐(Ir), 오스뮴(Os) 중 선택된 1종과 산화스칸듐(Sc2O3)과 규소(Si) 또는 마그네슘(Mg)을 포함하는 복합다공질 소결체로 하고, 상기 소결체에 함침되는 복합전자 방사물질은 BaO, CaO, Al2O3으로 하며, 상기 피복층은 (Ba, Ca, Sr)CO3탄산염으로 함을 특징으로 하는 함침형 디스펜서 음극.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제2금속기체에서 복합다공질 소결체는 텅스텐(W)이 100중량부이고 이트륨(Y), 이리듐(Ir), 오스뮴(Os) 중 선택된 1종이 20-40중량부이며, 산화스칸듐(Sc2O3)이 5-30중량부이고, 규소(Si) 또는 마그네슘(Mg)이 5-20중량부로 됨을 특징으로 하는 함침형 디스펜서 음극.
