Claims (2)
- 프레스(1)의 받침대(5)내에 설치된 3차실린더(6)의 지지봉(6')이 하부금형(8')을 금형지지구(7)내에서 아래로 하강시킨후 금속본(9)을 금형(8)내에 안착시켜 액체(10)을 충만시킨다음, 상부 램(3)이 하강되어 2차실린더(4)의 가압봉(4')이 금속본(9)내의 액체(10)를 가압하는 동시에 3차실린더(6)의 지지봉(6')이 하부금형(8')을 상승시키면 금속본(9)이 상부로 밀리면서 가압봉(4')에 의하여 가압된 액체(10)에 의하여 벌지되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속용기의 벌지 성형방법.
- 상부에 1차실린더(2)가 고정되고 하단은 받침대(5)에 고정된 가이드봉(1')상에 1차실린더(2)의 하강축(2')에 의하여 승하강되는 램(3)을 유착시켜, 램(3)내부에 설치된 2차실린더(4)의 가압봉(4')이 받침대(5)상의 금형(8)내에 금속본(9)을 가압할 수 있도록 된 프레스에 있어서, 받침대(5)상에 고정되는 금형지지구(7)저면을 개구시켜 상부금형(8a)(8b)과 하부금형(8')으로 분할되는 금형(8)을 삽착시키고, 하부금형(8')은 받침대(5)내에 설치된 3차실린더(6)의 지지봉(6')에 의하여 금형지지구(7)내에서 승강되도록 하여 용기를 성형할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속용기의 벌지성형장치.
