Claims (21)
- 수불용성 부동액 100중량부와 물 10-200중량부의 혼합물로 이루어진 얼음-저장 시스템용 냉열매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수불용성 부동액이 상온에서 점도가 0.4-10000cSt인 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수불용성 부동액이 실리콘 오일인 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 제3항에 있어서, 실리콘 오일이 다음식으로표시된 폴리유기실록산인 것이 특징인 냉열매:RaSiO(4-a)/2(A)상기식에서 R은 히드록실기, 알콕실기 및 치환되거나 미치환된 일가 탄화수소기 중에서 선택된 기이며, 복수의 R은 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며; a는 1-3의 실수를 나타낸다.
- 제4항에 있어서, 실린콘 오일이 상온에서 점도가 10-200cSt인 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리유기실록산이 디메틸폴리실록산, 디에틸 폴리실록산, 메틸헥실폴리시록산, 메틸-3,3,3-트리플루오로프로필폴리실록산, 폴리디메틸-폴리디페닐-실록산 코폴리머 및 폴리디메틸-폴리메틸헥실록산 코폴리머 중에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 제3항에 있어서, 냉열매가 실리콘 오일 100중량부와 물 30-150중량부로 이루어진 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수불용성 부동액이 플루오로카본인 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 제8항에 있어서, 플루오로카본이 CnF2n+2(n은 4-12의 정수를 나타냄), C3F6, C4F8, C5F10, C6F12, C6F12O, C6F14, C7F14, C7F16, C8F16O C8F18O C9F18O C10F20O(상기식에서 p와 q는 원하는 정수를 나타낸다)중에서 선택된 하나이상인 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 제8항에 있어서, 플루오로카본이 상온에서 점도가 0.4-100cSt인 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 제8항에 있어서, 냉열매가 플루오로카본 100중량부와 물 20-100중량부로 이루어진 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 제7항에 있어서, 냉열매가 추가로 계면활성제로 이루어진 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 제12항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 알킬술페이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬 에테르 술페이트, N-아실메틸타우레이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬 에테르 아세테이트, 알킬술포카르복실레이트, 알킬 포스페이트, 소르비탄 지방족산 에스테르, 글리세린 지방족산 에스테르, 폴리글리세린 지방족산 에스테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리세린 지방족산 에스테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜 지방족산 에스테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페닐 에테르, 알킬암노늄 염, 알킬벤질아모늄 염, 폴리옥시에틸렌-폴리디메틸실록산 코폴리머, C8F17COONH4, C10F21SO3Na 및 C8F17SO2NHC2H4O(C2H4O)20H 중에서 선택된 하나이상인 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 제12항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 실리콘 오닐 100중량부를 기초로 0.01-5 중량부의 양으로 함유된 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 제11항에 있어서, 냉열매가 추가로 수-흡수성 또는 수-보유성 화합물과 계면활성제로 이루어진 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 제15항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 알킬술페이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬 에테르 술페이트, N-아실메틸타우레이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬 에테르 아세테이트, 알킬술포카르복실레이트, 알킬 포스페이트, 소르비탄 지방족산 에스테르, 글리세린 지방족산 에스테르, 폴리글리세린 지방족산 에스테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리세린 지방족산 에스테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜 지방족산 에스테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페닐 에테르, 알킬암노늄 염, 알킬벤질아모늄 염, 폴리옥시에틸렌-폴리디메틸실록산 코폴리머, C8F17COONH4, C10F21SO3Na 및 C8F17SO2NHC2H4O(C2H4O)20H 중에서 선택된 하나이상인 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 제15항에 있어서, 수-흡수성 또는 수-보유성 화합물이 전분, 셀룰로스 또는 폴리사카라이드의 카르복시메틸화 화합물; 전분, 셀룰로스 또는 폴리사카라이드의 그래프트 폴리머; 아크릴로니트릴 또는 아크릴산의 그래프 폴리머; 폴리비닐 알코올, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리옥시에틸렌; 카본 블랙; 및 고리형 또는 요철단면과 수보유성을 가진 파이버 칩 중에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 제15항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 플루오로카본 100 중량부를 기초로 0.5-10중량부의 양으로 함유되고 수-흡수성 또는 수-보유성 화합물이 동일한 것을 기초로 0.1-50 중량부의 양으로 함유된 것이 특징인 냉열매.
- 수불용성 부동액과 물의 혼합물을 냉열매로서 사용하고, 냉열매를 냉각시켜 수불용성 부동액과 얼음 입자의 혼합물을 얻고 혼합물을 순환시켜 잠열을 전달하는 것으로 이루어진 얼음-저장 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 수불용성 부동액이 실리콘 오일인 것이 특징인 시스템.
- 실리콘 오일과 계면활성제로 이루어진, 얼음-저장 시스템용 냉열매를 위한 첨가제.
