Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 츄잉껌 조성물과 단단한 캔디 조성물의 다수의 교대층을 포함하는 적층구조를 갖는, 츄잉껌 조성물의 다수의 불연속 영역과 단단한 캔디 조성물의 다수의 불연속 영역과 함께 안에 분포된 제과 성분 매트릭스를 포함하고, 상기 매트릭스가 첫 번째의 캔디 조성물과 동일하거나 상이한 두 번째의 단단한 캔디 조성물의 코팅안에 추가로 봉입된 츄잉껌 캔디 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 츄잉껌 조성물이 하나이상의 천연 또는 합성 탄성중합체와 함께임의로 하나이상의 용매, 가소제, 충진제, 향미료, 착색제 또는 감미료를 포함하는 츄잉껌 캔디 제품.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 첫 번째와 두 번째의 단단한 캔디 조성물이 하나이상의 당 알콜과 함께 임의로 하나이상의 향미료, 착색제 또는 천연 또는 인공감미료를 포함하는 츄잉껌 캔디 제품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 츄잉껌 조성물과 상기 첫 번째의 단단한 캔디 조성물의 중량비가 5:1내지 1:5인 츄잉껌 캔디 제품.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,츄잉껌 조성물 12중량% 내지 60중량%, 첫 번째의 단단한 캔디 조성물 12중량% 내지 60중량% 및 두 번째의 단단한 캔디 조성물 5중량% 내지 40중량%를 포함하는 츄잉껌 캔디 제품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 첫 번째 또는 두 번째의 단단한 캔디 조성물이 구강위생제, 고효능방향족 향미료, 무기질 보강제, 비타민, 항균제 및 진해제중에서 선택된 활성 성분을 추가로 포함하는 츄잉껌 캔디 제품.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 활성성분이 불화물 항-카리에스제인 츄잉껌 캔디 제품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 츄잉껌 조성물과 상기 첫 번째 또는 두 번째의 단단한 캔디조성물안에 별도로 혼입된 서로 양립하지 않는 생물학적 활성 성분의 배합물을 포함하는, 활성 성분을 연속적으로 방출하는데 적합한 츄잉껌 캔디 제품.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,츄잉껌 조성물이 칼슘이온 공금원을 포함하고, 상기 첫 번째 또는 두 번째의 단단한 캔디 조성물이 플루오라이드 이온 공급원 또는 포스페이트 이온 공급원을 포함하는 무가당 캔디 조성물인, 치아의 에나멜에 대한 항-카리에스 치료 또는 리미네랄라이제이션(remineralization) 치료에 적합한 츄잉껌 캔디 제품.
- 온도가 무가당 조성물의 경우 55℃이하, 당을 기본으로 하는 조성물의 경우 85℃이고, 츄잉껌 조성물이 중심에 충진된, 첫 번째의 단단한 캔디 조성물의 로프(rope)를 형성하고, 상기 로프를 축적하고, 축적된 로프를 압축수단에 의해 연신시켜 중심이 충진된 로프의 타래(skein)를 형성하고, 상기 중심이 충진된 로프의 타래를 접거나 또는 반복해서 접어 적충된 매트릭스를 형성하고, 상기 적층된 매트릭스를 두 번째의 단단한 캔디조성물 층안에 봉입하고, 적층되고 봉입된 상기 메트릭스를 최종 츄잉껌캔디 제품으로 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 제 27 하에 청구된 츄잉껌 캔디 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 중심이 충진딘 로프의 타래를 4번 이하로 접거나 또는 반복해서 접음으로써 최종 제품이 곧바로 깨물 수 있는(bite-through) 츄잉 특징을 갖는 부서지기 쉬운 츄잉성 캔디 제품인 츄잉껌 캔디 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 중심이 충진된 로프의 타래를 10번 이상 반복해서 접음으로써 최종제품이 구강안에서 지연된 시간이 지난후에만 깨물 수 있는 츄잉 특징을 나타내는 경질 캔디 제품인 츄잉껌 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 츄잉껌 조성물과 상기 첫 번째의 단단한 캔디 조성물의 중량비가 2:1 내지 1:2인 츄잉껌 캔디 제품.
