Claims (10)
- 다음 단계들을 포함하여 구성되는, 2.5dpf (denier per filament) 이상의 필라멘트들을 갖는 치수안정성 연신 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 멀티필라멘트사의 제조방법 (a) 다수의 압출공(방사공, extrusion orifices)을 갖는 방사노즐을 통하여 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체 용융물을 압출시켜 필라멘트사(멀티필라멘트사)를 형성하고; (b) 상기 압출된 멀티필라멘트사를 먼저 지연지역(delay zone)을 통하여 진행시킨 다음 냉각 지역(quenching zone)을 통과시켜 필라멘트들을 조절된 방식으로 고화시키고; (c) 상기 고화된 멀티필라멘트사를 소정의 방사속도(V)에서 냉각지역으로 부터 회수하고; 단, 상기 단계 (a)-(c)는 0.020 이상의 미연신 복굴절율(△nu) (여기서 △nu=RfV2.0IV2.4: IV는 미연신사의 고유점도로서 0.80 이상이고 Rf는 9.0 X 10-3이상임)을 갖는 부분-배향된 멀티필라멘트사를 형성하는 조건하에서 수행되고, (d) 상기 부분-배향된 멀티필라멘트사를 고온 연신시킨다.
- 제1항에 있어서, Rf가 15 X 10-3이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, Rf= RrRe이며 Re가 10.5 X 10-2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, Re가 13 X 10-2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, IV가 0.80-0.95 이고 △nu가 7.0 X 10-3V2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, △nu가 11.5 X 10-3V2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, IV가 0.85 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압출공(방사공)의 직경이 0.068 cm(0.027인치) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부가적으로 상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트중합체를 중합하는 단계를 포함하여, 연속적인 중합 및 직접 용융방사 공정을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체는 분자량 증량제없이 중합됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
