Claims (2)
- 회전축상에 그라인딩을 위한 회전 연마기를 갖고 있는 스핀들, 상기 스핀들이 고정되어 있는 회전 연마기 테이블, 상기 회전 연마기에 대한 보정 공정을 실행하는 드레서, 및 상기 회전 연마기 및 상기 드레서중 적어도 하나를 드레서 축 센터 X 와 회전자 축 센터 Z 방향으로 상대적으로 이동시키는 서보 모터를 적어도 구비하고 있는 수치 제어 장치로서, 각각의 단위 시간에 상기 서보 모터 목표 위치를 명령하는 명령 수단과, 상기 서보 모터의 서보 래그량의 안정도를 판별하는 판별 수단과, 상기 판별 수단에 의해 안정한 것으로 판별된 서보 래그량을 다시 저장하는 저장 수단과, 상기 명령 수단과 저장 수단으로부터의 출력을 근거하여 상기 목표 위치에 대한 보상을 계산하는 보상 계수나 수단및, 상기 보상 계산 수단의 출력을 근거로 서보 모터를 구동시키고 이 서보 모터의 서보 래그량을 상기 판별 수단에 출력하는 피드백 제어 수단을 구비하는 그라인딩 머신용 수치 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보상 계산 수단은 앞서의 회전 연마기 보상 공정중에 저장 수단에 저장된 서보 래그량을 목표 위치에 가산하는 가산 수단과 앞서의 회전 연마기 보정 공정중에 저장 수단에 저장된 서보 래그량을 목표 위치로부터 감산하는 감산 수단으로 구성되는 그라인딩 머신용 수치 제어 장치.
