Abstract
본 발명은 응가밴드 차단부에 공기저장용 포켓을 갖는 일회용 기저귀에 관한 것으로서, 액체투과성 상부시트, 액체 불투과성 배면시트 이들 사이에 삽입된 흡수체 별도의 액체투과성 측면시트로 응가밴드를 형성한 일회용기저귀에서 응가밴드 차단부는 2겹으로부터 겹사이에 공기를 저장할 수 있도록 포켓을 함유함으로써 아기피부에 물리적 자극을 감소시키어 착용감을 개선한 일회용 기저귀이다.

본 발명은 일회용 기저귀 응가밴드 차단부에 공기 저장용 포켓을 함유함으로 아기 피부에 물리적 자극을 감소시키어 착용감을 개선시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 응가밴드 차단부에 공기 저장용 포켓을 갖는 일회용 기저귀에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 일회용 기저귀라 함은 생리적 작용에 의한 배설물을 흡수하여 제거하는 제품, 구체적으로 유아 또는 성인이 사용하는 기저귀를 말한다.
상기 일회용 기저귀의 성능은 일차적으로 생리적 작용에 의한 배설물의 흡수속도, 흡수량에 중점을 두는 기능적 측면과 착용시 부담이 없고, 배설물이 밖으로 새지 않으며, 또한 장시간 착용함에 있어서 피부에 붉은 반점이나 피부염증 등의 기저귀 발진이 없는 사용성 측면으로 구분되며, 모두가 우수한 성능이 요구된다.
종래의 일회용 기저귀는 흡수속도 및 흡뇨량이 우수한 반면, 배설물 배설시 수반되는 수증기와 유독가스 들의 복합작용으로 발생되는 피부발진 등의 기저귀발진을 발생시키는 단점이 있다.
상기 한 기저귀 발진의 근본적인 원인으로서는 기저귀 착용부위의 피부는 지속적인 수분에 의해 연화되어 있다. 즉, 보통 일회용 기저귀에 사용되는 플라스틱 배면시트나 다리커프의 탄성밴드는 기저귀내에 열과 수분을 유지시키며, 땀띠를 유발시키고 피부를 연화시킨다.
이러한 따뜻하고 수분이 많은 환경에서 박테리아는 증식하고, 대변의 영양분을 이용하여 살면서 뇨를 분해하여 암모니아와 자극적인 물질을 생성시킨다. 이외에 피부발진을 악화시키는 다른 요소로는 거친 천, 꽉 맞는 일회용 기저귀에 의해 야기되는 찰상과 같은 물리적 자극, 기저귀 세탁세제, 표백제, 아기를 씻는 비누에 의하여 생기는 화학적 자극, 설사 그리고 열 등이 있다.
이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 국내 선 출원 공개 특허 제 90-5652호에서는 일회용 기저귀의 구성요소중에 베이비파우더를 첨가하여 붉은 반점 등의 기저귀 발진을 제거하려 하였으나 체액 배설물에 함유되어 있는 요소가 피부에 존재하는 피부 상재균에 의해 분해되어 암모니아의 발생량을 감소시킬 수 있으나 뇨의 수증기, 유독가스, 물리적 자극 및 화학적 자극에 기인되어 발생되는 피부염증 등의 기저귀 발진을 근본적으로 해결할 수는 없었다.
이와는 별도로 최근 제품화되고 있는 통기성 필름을 사용하여 일회용 기저귀를 제조할 때 비통기성 필름 사용시보다 뇨의 수증기와 유독가스를 제거할 수 있고 피부 온도도 조절할 수 있다고 하나 통상의 일회용 기저귀에 적용되는 통기성 필름은 팽팽하게 당겨진 상태에서 사용되는 것이 아니기 때문에 거의 효과가 없는 것으로 나타나고 있다.
또한 장시간 일회용 기저귀를 착용할 경우 기저귀 내부의 온도 상승과 땀분비 및 뇨 배설물의 수증기는 아기피부를 수화시키며, 수화된 아기피부는 일회용 기저귀의 샘방지 기능을 하는 응가밴드에 있어서 말단부의 넓은 피부 접촉면과 탄성실의 과도한 탄성력 및 응가밴드 차단부의 2 겹으로 접착된 부직포, 필름 라미네이트된 부직포는 수화된 아기 피부의 물리적 자극을 더욱 심화하여 피부발진을 촉진시키고 있다.
이에 본 발명은 액체 투과성 상부시트, 솜털 펄프 및 고흡수성 수지, 액체 불투과성 배면시트로 구성되는 통상의 일회용 기저귀에 있어서, 응가밴드에 공기를 함유한 차단부를 제공함으로 수화된 피부에 쿠션의 기능을 줌으로 물리적 자극을 감소시켜, 기저귀 발진을 감소시키는 일회용 기저귀를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
이하 도면을 이용하여 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다.
제 1 도는 본 발명의 일회용 기저귀(D)에 있어서, 흡수체(4)가 모래시계형인 경우의 평면도를 나타낸 것이다.
일회용 기저귀(D)는 허리부분(14)과 가랑이부분(15)이 구분된 모래시계형과 구분이 없는 일자형 기저귀에도 적용될 수 있다.
제 1도에서와 같이 일회용 기저귀는 액체 투과성 상부시트(2), 액체 투과성 측면시트(3)로 응가밴드(16)를 형성하여, 흡수체(4), 체결수단(5), 허리밴드(6), 다리밴드(18)로 구성되어 있다.
다른 실시예에 있어서는 액체 투과성 상부시트(2)가 흡수체(4)를 완전히 감싸며 응가밴드(16)는 별도의 부재 또는 상부시트(2)를 이용하여 형성할 수 있다.
응가밴드(16)는 응가밴드의 접착지점(7), 공기 저장용 포켓(17)을 함유하는 차단부(8), 탄성체(10)를 함유하는 말단부(9), 배설된 탄성체(10)에 의하여 주름이 형성되는 주름부(13), 주름부(13) 이외의 부분이 흡수체(4)위 상부시트(2)에 접착되는 응가밴드 말단 접착부(12)로 구성되어 있다.
응가밴드(16)는 흡수체(4)로부터 흡수되지 못한 배설물들을 응가밴드(16)밖으로 누출되지 못하도록 차단하며 이러한 기능을 수행하기 위하여 응가밴드(16)의 재질로써 소수성 부직포를 2겹으로 하여 완전 접착하거나 필름을 라미네이트한 부직포를 사용하기도 한다. 이런 경우에는 일회용 기저귀로부터의 배설물의 차단을 가져올 수 있지만 일회용 기저귀 내의 외부와의 공기 흐름을 차단함으로 온도 상승을 가져오며, 배설물의 수증기량에 의하여 피부발진을 야기시키는 원인이 된다.
따라서, 본 발명에서는 응가밴드(16)를 소수성 부직포를 이용하여 차단 기능을 갖도록 2겹으로 하되, 공기를 저장할 수 있도록 포켓을 형성하며, 수화된 피부에 물리적 자극을 감소시키는 응가밴드를 제공하는 것이다.
응가밴드 차단부(8)에 공기 저장용 포켓(17)을 형성함으로 응가밴드(16)외부의 찬 공기와 내부의 더운 공기를 순환시켜주며, 응가밴드 차단부(8)의 2겹이 완전 접착되지 않고 공기 저장용 포켓(17)에 의한 부드러운 감촉을 유지하여 수화된 아기피부에 물리적 자극도 감소시켜 줄 수가 있다.
응가밴드의 말단부(9)는 피부접촉면을 최소화시키기위하여 ｜자 형을 형성시키며, 응가밴드 말단부(9)에 배설되는 탄성체(10)도 아기피부에 자욱이 나지 않도록 탄성율을 150 내지 250% 되게 하는 것이 바람직하다.
탄성체로서는 천연고무 또는 리크라(Lycra)의 탄성실이 바람직하며 탄성필름 또는 폴리우레탄 폼(Polyurethane Foam)을 사용할 수도 있다.
탄성실은 응가밴드의 말단부(9)로부터 1 내지 3mm지점에 접착제를 이용하여 접착시키며, 탄성실 갯수는 하나 이상을 사용할 수 있으나 바람직하게는 하나를 배설한다. 탄성실이 배설됨으로 응가밴드 차단부(8)의 공기 저장용 포켓(17)지점이 시작되며, 응가밴드 접착지점(7)에서 접착제를 이용하여 응가밴드 차단부(8) 2겹과, 상부시트(2), 배면시트(1)가 동시에 접착되어 공기 저장용 포켓(17)의 종료지점이 된다. 응가밴드 접착지점(7)은 배설물이 흡수체(4)로부터 밖으로 누출되는 것을 차단하며, 응가밴드 말단 접착부(12)와 응가밴드 주름부(13)의 탄성체(10)와 함께 포켓을 형성하여 배설물을 저장하게 된다.
이하 실시예 및 비교실시예를 이용하여 본 발명의 작용효과를 설명한다.
실시예 1
액체 투과성 상부시트, 액체 불투과성 배면시트의 사이에 삽입된 흡수체와 액체 투과성 측면시트로 응가밴드를 형성한 공지의 일회용 기저귀에 있어서 응가밴드는 소수성 부직포를 2겹으로 하되 응가밴드 말단부를 따라 2mm지점에 탄성실 하나를 접착하며, 탄성율은 150 내지 250%로 조정하여 접착하고 응가밴드 접착지점에서 상부시트, 배면하부시트, 응가밴드가 접착된다. 응가밴드의 차단부는 2겹으로써 서로 접착되지 않아 공기를 저장하는 포켓을 형성하도록 일회용 기저귀를 제작한다.
실시예 2
실시예 1과 같은 방법으로 하되 탄성실을 2가닥으로 한다.

비교예 1
액체투과성 상부시트, 액체 불투과성 배면시트 이들 사이에 삽입된 흡수체로 구성된 일회용 기저귀에 있어서, 응가밴드는 소수성 부직포를 2겹으로 형성하며, 응가밴드의 차단부는 서로 접착되어 있으며, 응가밴드 접착지점은 흡수체와 다리밴드 사이에 기저귀 종방향을 따라 배면시트 및 상부시트 위에 접착된다. 응가밴드 차단부를 형성하는 한쪽의 끝부분은 접착지점을 넘어 연장되고 서로 접착되어 있다. 탄성실은 한가닥으로 응가밴드 말단부 끝부분에 탄성을 150 내지 250%로 조정하여 접착하여 제작한다.
비교예 2
비교예 1과 같이 제작하되 응가밴드의 소재는 1겹의 필름 라미네이트된 부직포를 사용하며, 응가밴드 말단부의 한쪽 끝부분은 차단부 내측 또는 외측 일부분에 접착고정한다.
비교예 3
비교예 1과 같이 제작하되 응가밴드 1겹의 소수성 부직포로 하며, 말단부가 T 자형의 피부접촉면을 갖고 탄성실이 2가닥으로 내장되어 있으며, 응가밴드 한쪽의 끝부분은 응가밴드 차단부 내측 일부분에 고정 접착된다.
상기와 같이 제작된 일회용 기저귀를 가지고 설문조사의 사용성 평가를 통하여 본 발명의 우수성을 입증코자 한다. 상기 각제품을 3개월에서 12개월까지의 100명의 아기들에게 21일간 직접 착용케하고 아기 피부의 발진정도에 따라 다음과 같이 발진증상을 판정하였으며 결과는 표1에 나타내었다.

[++] : 기저귀발진이 전혀 없음
[+] : 붉은 반점이 약간 있음
[±] : 붉은 반점이 강하고 짓무름 현상이 점점이 있음
[-] : 붉은 반점이 강하고 짓무름 현상이 넓게 퍼져있음
기저귀 발진율은 기저귀 발진을 나타낸 아기들의 수로 퍼센트로 나타내었다.

표 1 에서와 같이 공기 저장용 포켓을 함유한 응가밴드를 갖는 일회용 기저귀의 기저귀 발진율은 4 내지 12% 이며, 비교예로 제작한 일회용 기저귀의 발진율은 20 내지 40%로서 공기 저장용 포켓을 함유한 응가밴드를 갖는 일회용 기저귀가 기저귀 발진율에 있어서 훨씬 낮게 나타났다.
실시예1 내지 4의 2겹으로 된 일회용 기저귀의 응가밴드 차단부와 비교예 1 내지 3의 응가밴드 차단부의 소재에 대한 강인성(Stiffness)을 인장강도 측정기(Instron)를 가지고 측정하였으며 결과는 표 2에 나타내었다.

표 2 에서와 같이 응가밴드 차단부의 유연도를 나타내는 소재의 강인성(Stiffness)은 실시예 1 내지 4와 비교예 3의 경우는 1겹의 소수성 부직포로 서로 같게 나타났으며 비교예 1과 2는 훨씬 높게 나타나 피부 자극 정도가 다름을 알 수 있다.
또한 응가밴드 차단부에 대한 마찰계수를 마찰계수 측정기를 이용하여 측정하여 표 3에 상호 비교하였다.

실시예 1내지 4와 비교예 3에서는 유사하게 나타났으나 비교예 1과 2에서는 상이하게 나타났으며 실시예 1 내지 4보다 높게 나타났다.
따라서 비교예 1 및 2는 수화된 피부에 물리적 자극정도가 심하여 피부 발진을 향상시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있으며 이와 같은 것은 표 1에서의 기저귀 발진율의 증가를 입증하는 것으로 판단된다.
따라서 본 발명은 공기 저장용 포켓을 함유한 응가밴드를 포함함으로 기저귀 내부의 공기를 외부와 교류시키는 역할과 수화된 피부에 쿠션기능을 부여하여 물리적 자극을 감속시켜 피부발진을 감소시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.
Claims (7)
- 액체투과성 상부시트, 액체 불투과성 배면시트 이들 사이에 삽입된 흡수체 별도의 액체 투과성 측면시트로 응가밴드를 형성한 통상의 일회용 기저귀에 있어서 응가밴드 차단부는 2겹으로 되어 겹 사이에 공기를 저장할 수 있도록 포켓을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 응가밴드 차단부에 공기저장용 포켓을 갖는 일회용 기저귀.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 공기 저장용 포켓은 응가밴드 탄성체 배설 지점에서부터 배면시트 또는 상부시트에 응가밴드 측면시트를 접착시키는 지점까지로의 2겹의 응가밴드 차단부는 서로 접착되지 않아 공기를 저장시킬 수 있는 포켓을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 응가밴드 차단부에 공기저장용 포켓을 갖는 일회용 기저귀.
- 제 2항에 있어서 탄성체는 말단부로부터 최대한 1 내지 3mm지점내의 배설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 응가밴드 차단부에 공기저장용 포켓을 갖는 일회용 기저귀.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 탄성체는 탄성실로써 적어도 하나 이상을 배설하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 응가밴드 차단부에 공기저장용 포켓을 갖는 일회용 기저귀.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 탄성체는 탄성필름으로써 적어도 하나 이상을 배설하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 응가밴드 차단부에 공기저장용 포켓을 갖는 일회용 기저귀.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 탄성체는 탄성포옴으로써 적어도 하나 이상을 배설하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 응가밴드 차단부에 공기저장용 포켓을 갖는 일회용 기저귀.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성체의 탄성율은 250 내지 350%로 함을 특징으로 하는 응가밴드 차단부에 공기저장용 포켓을 갖는 일회용 기저귀.
