Claims (1)
- 차동증폭기에 있어서, 측정회로를 저-누설 전류스위치를 통하여 상기 차동증폭기의 입력노드 및 출력노드에 연결하는 단계와, 제1동상모드 입력전압을 상기 차동증폭기에 적용하는 단계와, 상기 측정회로로 상기 입력노드 및 상기 출력노드에서 제1전압 측정값을 측정하는 단계와, 제2동상모드 입력전압을 상기 차동증폭기에 적용하는 단계와, 상기 측정회로로 상기 입력노드 및 상기 출력노드에서 제2전압 측정값을 측정하는 단계와, 상기 제2전압측정값에서 상기 제1전압측정값을 감하여 동상모드 이득 및 이상요소들을 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동상모드 이상 정정방법.
