Claims (6)
- 시이트 예열 로울(1, 2, 3), 필름 예열 로울(4), 병합로울(5), 본체 로울(20), 압착로울(6∼11), 인출로울(12, 13, 14), 및 권취로울(15, 16)로 구성된 기초 합성수지 시이트와 인쇄된 필름을 접착하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 시이트 예열로울(1, 2)의 온도가 110∼130℃, 상기 시이트 예열 로울(3)의 온도가 120∼140℃, 상기 필름 예열 로울(4)의 온도가 60∼80℃, 상기 본체 로울(20)의 온도가 140∼160℃, 상기 압착로울(6)의 온도가 120∼140℃, 상기 압착로울(7)의 온도가 130∼150℃, 상기 압착로울(8)의 온도가 140∼160℃, 상기 압착로울(9)의 온도가 150∼170℃, 상기 압착로울(12)의 온도가 160∼180℃, 압착로울(11)의 온도가 170∼190℃, 상기 인출로울(12)의 온도가 60∼80℃, 상기 인출로울(13)의 온도가 50∼70℃, 및 상기 인출로울(14)의 온도가 40∼60℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 수지 시이트(30)와 인쇄필름(40)의 접착장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 병합로울(5), 상기 본체 로울(20), 및 상기 압착로울(6∼11)은 그 표면이 불소계 수지로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 시이트(30)와 인쇄필름(40)의 접착장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄필름(40)이 공급되는 장력을 조절하기 위하여 파우더 브레이크 수단이 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 시이트(30)와 인쇄필름(40)의 접착장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압착로울(6∼11)은 에어실린더 수단에 의하여 압착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 시이트(30)와 인쇄필름(40)의 접착장치.
- 시이트 예열 로울(1, 2, 3), 필름 예열 로울(4), 병합로울(5), 본체로울(20), 압착로울(6∼11), 인출로울(12, 13, 14), 및 권취로울(15, 16)로 구성된 접착장치에 의하여 기초 합성수지 시이트와 인쇄된 필름을 접착하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 시이트 예열 로울(1, 2, 3), 상기 필름 예열 로울(4), 상기 병합로울(5), 및 상기 본체 로울(20)의 속도는 서로 동일하고, 상기 압착로울(6, 7)의 속도는 서로 동일하지만 상기 병합로울(5)의 속도보다 약간 빠르게 설정하고, 상기 압착로울(8∼11)의 속도는 서로 동일하지만 상기 압착기로울(6, 7)의 속도보다 약간 빠르게 설정하고, 상기 인출로울(12, 13, 14) 및 상기 권취로울(15, 16)의 속도는 서로 동일하지만 상기 압착로울(11)의 속도보다 약간 빠르거나 또는 거의 동일하게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 시이트(30)와 인쇄필름(40)의 접착방법.
- 제5항의 방법에 의하여 인쇄필름(40)이 기초 합성수지 시이트(30)이 접착된 합성수지 인쇄물.
