Claims (1)
- 열전자를 방출하는 필라멘트와, 상기 필라멘트의 양단부에 고착배설된 상부 및 하부 엔드햇과, 상기 필라멘트의 외부를 둘러싸 중심부 근처에 공진 공동을 형성시키는 양극통체와, 상기 양극통체내부에 자로를 형성하는 자극편과, 상기 양극통체 내부를 진공으로 밀봉하는 금속판과, 상기 출력측의 금속관에 배설된 세라믹관의 상부에 배설된 배기관과, 상기 공진공동내에 발진된 고주파를 출력하는 안테나와, 상기 하부 엔드햇 및 필라멘트를 비접촉으로 관통해서 일단부가 상기 상부 엔드햇에 고착된 제2의 리이드선과, 상기 제2의 리이드선과 소정의 간격을 두고 배설되어 상기 하부 엔드햇을 지지하는 제1의 리이드선과, 상기 제1, 제2의 리이드선에 각각 전기적으로 접속되는 제1, 제2의 외부접속단자를 구비한 마그네트론에 있어서, 상기 제1의 리이드선이 관통하여 고착되는 관통구멍(32a)이 형성되고 상기 제1의 외부접속단자(30)에 고착되는 제1도전단자(32)와, 상기 제2의 리이드선(35)이 관통하여 고착되는 관통구멍(34a)이 형성되고 상기 제2의 외부접속단자(31)에 고착되는 제2도전단자(34)와, 상기 제1, 제2의 리이드선(27)(35)이 상기 관통구멍(32a)(34a)을 통과하여 끼워져 고착되는 고정구멍(39)(42)과, 상기 제1, 제2도전단자(32)(34)의 분리설치를 용이하게 하고 전기적 접속을 방지하도록 상기 고정구멍(39)(42)사이에 형성된 오목홈(40)과, 상기 제1, 제2의 외부접속단자(30)(31)가 관통하는 관통구멍을 구비하며, 그 상부면에 상기 제1, 제2도전단자(32)(34)가 몰리브덴-망간제의 페이스트층을 개재해서 고착되는 절연세라믹(41)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 마그네트론의 음극지지구조체.
