Claims (4)
- (a) 알루미늄 티타네이트와 알루미늄 티타네이트 전구체를 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 물질과 모금속을 포함하는 분말을 혼합하는 단계와; (b) 여기에 안정화제를 첨가하는 단계와; (c) 단계 (b)의 혼합물로 그린보디(green body)를 형성하는 단계와; (d) 그 그린보디를 산화 및 소결하여 알루미늄 티타네이트를 포함하는 물품을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열충격성 및 탄성을 갖는 물품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모금속은 알루미늄을 포함하며, 안정화제는 크롬광, 일메나이트, 및 Fe2O3로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 물질을 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열충격성 및 탄성을 갖는 물품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 1300℃ 내지 적어도 1500℃의 온도로 상기 그린보디를 소결시키는 단계와, 상기 금속이 소결된 본체에 기공을 형성하도록 상기 모금속으로부터 적어도 약간의 산화반응 생성물을 형성하기에 충분한 시간 동안 계속 산화시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열충격성 및 탄성을 갖는 물품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 티타네이트 전구체는 Al2O3, TiO2, Al, Ti 및 Al과 Ti의 합금으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열충격성 및 탄성을 갖는 물품의 제조방법.
