Description
Claims (11)
- 외부층에 의해 둘러싸인 코어를 가지며 스파크 침식 절단에 사용되는 와이어 전극의 제조방법에 있어서, 제1공정에서는 상기 와이어 전극의 단면을 축소시키고, 그다음 제2공정에서는 산화환경에서 와이어 전극을 확산어닐링(diffusion anealing)하며, 제3공정에서는 와이어 전극을 중간직경으로 더 단면을 축소시키고, 제4공정에서는 축소환경에서 재결정 어닐링을 하며, 제5공정에는 와이어 전극을 최종직경으로 변형시켜 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 와이어 전극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 와이어 전극의 코어는 동합금 또는 동-아연 합금이며, 아연은 외부피복으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 와이어 전극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 와이어 전극의 코어는 동합금 또는 동-아연 합금이며, 휘발온도가 낮은 금속, 예컨대 카듐, 창연, 안티몬 또는 위 금속의 하나 또는 여러개의 합금으로된 외부피복으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 와이어 전극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1공정에서의 변형은 재료의 기초단면에 관련하여 40∼70%인 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 전극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2공정에서의 어닐링은 온도 454∼902℃의 범위에서 시행됨을 특징으로 하는 와이어 전극의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제2공정에서의 어닐링은, 외부피복의 두께 100∼500%를 가진 확산층이 형성될 때까지, 발생됨을 특징으로 하는 와이어 전극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2공정에서의 어닐링은 전기저항어닐링, 유도 및 방사어닐링중의 1개임을 특징으로 하는 와이어 전극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 40∼70%의 변형을 제3공정에서 발생됨을 특징으로 하는 와이어 전극의 제조방법.
- 제4공정에서의 재결정어닐링은 600∼850℃의 온도범위에서 발생됨을 특징으로 하는 와이어 전극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제4공정에서의 어닐링은 축소환경에서 발생됨을 특징으로 하는 와이어 전극의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 있어서, 제5공정에서의 변형은 10∼80%에서 발생됨을 특징으로 하는 와이어 전극의 제조방법.
