Claims (2)
- PbRuO3및 Pb2Ru2O6중에서 선택된 루테늄 피로클로르 옥사이드 5 내지 30 중량% 및 유리 결합제 10 내지 90 중량%를 함유하며, 여기에서상기 유리 결합제는 PbO 61 내지 85 중량%, SiO210 내지 36 중량% 및 B2O30 내지 2 중량%를 함유하는 제1 유리, 및 SiO230 내지 60 중량%, CaO 5내지 30 중량%, B2O31 내지 40 중량%, PbO 0 내지 50 중량% 및 Al2O30 내지 20 중량%를 함유하는 제2 유리를 함유하며,제 1 유리 중 PbO, SiO2, B2O3의 총 함량의 95 중량% 이상이고,상기 제1 유리가 후막 레지스터 조성물의 5 내지 30 중량%를 이루며,제2 유리 중 SiO2, CaO, B2O3, PbO 및 Al2O3의 총 함량의 35 중량% 이상이고;유리 결합제 중에는 B2O3가 2 내지 20 중량%의 양으로 존재하며;상기 루테늄 피로클로르 옥사이드 대 제1 유리의 중량비가 5:30 내지 60:40인 것을 특징으로 하는 후막 레지스터 조성물.
