Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 한쌍의 자기코어를 갭층을 거쳐 접합하여 이루어지고, 갭층과 자기코어와의 사이에 철계의 금속자성박막을 설치하여 이루어지는 자기헤드에 있어서, 상기 금속자성박막이 Fe-X-M-C의 식으로 표시되는 자성재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드. 단, 상기 원소 X는 Al, Si, Cr, Mo, W중 1종 또는 2종이상을 나타내고, 원소 M은 Ti, V, Zr, Nb, Hf, Ta중 1종 또는 2종이상을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, Fe-X-M-C의 조성식에 있어서, 원자%로 0.5C25, 2M25, 0.2X25, 50Fe95의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원소 X로서 Al을 7원자%이상 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속자성박막중의 X성분의 농도가, 상기 자기갭의 근방에서 낮고, 상기 자기코어 근방에서는 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속자성박막중의 Al성분의 농도가, 상기 자기갭의 근방측에서 낮고, 상기 자기코어근방측에서는 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 한쌍의 자기코어를 갭층을 거쳐 접합하여 이루어지고, 갭층과 자기코어와의 사이에 금속자성박막을 설치하여 이루어지는 자기헤드의 제조방법에 있어서, 자성체로 이루어지는 코어블록에 홈가공을 실시하고, 이 홈가공으로 형성한 요철부에 금속자성박막과 갭층을 성막수단에 의하여 형성하고, 이어서 한쌍의 코어블록을 갭층을 거쳐 유리에 의하여 접합하고, 다시 코어블록을 절단 가공을 하여 자기헤드를 제조하는 방법으로서 상기 절단가공후에 200℃이상의 온도로 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 금속자성박막으로서, Fe-X-M-C의 조성식으로 표시되는 자성재료로 이루어지는 금속자성박막을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드의 제조방법, 단, 상기 조성식에 있어서, X는 Al, Si, Cr, Mo, W중에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종이상을 나타내고, M은 Ti, Zr, V, Nb, Hf, Ta중에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종이상을 나타낸다.
- 제6항에 있어서, Fe-X-M-C의 조성식으로 표시되는 자성재료로서 원자%로 0.5C25, 2M25, 0.2X25, 50Fe95의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드의 제조방법.
