Claims (8)
- 고 유전강도 가스로 채워지고 포울을 하나 이상 포함하는 밀폐된 봉입실(10)을 지닌 회로 차단기에 있어서, 각각의 포울이, 경판(30,32)에 의해 그 양끝이 단단히 밀폐된 회전면(28)을 가지는 차단실(26)과, 상기 차단실에 동축상으로 배치된 가동 아아크 접촉부(20,22)와 정지 아아크 접촉부(24,36)에 의해 형성된 한쌍의 관상 아아크 접촉부(20,22;24,36)로서, 그 각각은 상기 경판들(30,32)중 하나를 통과하여 차단실이, 아아크 접촉부의 분리된 위치에서, 상기 관상 아아크 접촉부에 의해 구성된 가스 유출 통로를 거쳐 팽창실을 형성하는 상기 봉입실(10)과 왕래하도록 하는 한쌍의 아아크 접촉부와, 분리된 아아크 접촉부들 사이로 발생된 아아크의 회전에 의해 블로 아웃 자기장을 아아크 접촉부 분리 영역에서 만들어 내기 위해 차단실(26) 내부에서 상기 경판들 중 한 경판(30)에 의해 지지되는 코일(34)과, 회로 차단기 개방 동작이 일어날때 아아크 접촉부가 분리되기 전에 열리도록 배열되고 차단실(26)외부에 배치된 정지 주 접촉부(48,58)와 가동 주 접촉부(50,54,60)에 의해 형성된 한쌍의 주 접촉부(48,50;48,54;58,60)로 이루어지고, 상기 회전면(28)과 코일(34)을 지지하는 경판(30)은 금속으로 만들어지고 이 경판을 통과하는 아아크 접촉부(24)에 전기 접속되며, 다른 경판(32)은 절연재로 만들어져서 접촉부들의 개방 위치에서 전기 절연을 제공하며 상기 회전면(28)의 환형 가장자리는 절연 경판에 인접하여 정지 주 접촉부(48, 58)로서 배열되거나 이를 지지하며, 상기 아아크 접촉부(20, 22 ; 24, 36)의 접촉 영역은 상기 절연 경판(30)보다 상기 코일(34)을 지지하는 금속 경판(30)에 더 근접하도록 축방향으로 한쪽으로 치우쳐 있으며, 코일의 면들중 일면은 금속 경판에 접하여 그에 전기 접속되며, 다른 면은 내측 가장자리가 정지 아아크 접촉부를 구성하는 아아크 이동 트랙을 형성하는 환상 전극(36)에 접속되어 덮이는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차단실(26)의 절연 경판(32)은 금속 경판(30)을 통과하는 정지 아아크 접촉부(24,36)와 협동하는 가동 아아크 접촉부(20,22)가 미끄러져 통과하는 오리피스를 가지며, 상기 정지 아아크 접촉부는 상기 금속 경판에 전기 및 기계적으로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 관상의 가동 아아크 접촉부(20, 22)가 차단실(26)의 절연 경판(32)을 통과하며, 밀폐된 봉입실(10)을 빈틈없이 통과하는 운전봉(18)에 의해 연장되고, 가동 주 접촉부(50)는 튜울립 - 핑거 접촉부의 형상으로 되어 있고 가동 아아크 접촉부(20, 22)와 운전봉(18)에 의해 형성된 조립체에 확실히 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동 주 접촉부는 가동 아아크 접촉부(20, 22)에 확실히 고정되는 튜울립 - 핑거 접촉 브리지(54)에 의해 형성되고 회로 차단기의 닫힌 위치에서, 정지 주 접촉부(48) 및 이와 대면하는 다른 정치 주 접촉부들 간의 절연 간극을 교락할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전면(28)의 상기 환형 가장 자리에 의해 지지된 상기 정지 주 접촉부(58)는 원통형 링(60) 형태의 가동 주 접촉부와 협동할 수 있는 튜울립 - 핑거 접촉부(58) 형태의 접촉 부인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연 경판(32)은 원추형이며, 인서어트가 전기 접속되는 가동 아아크 접촉부(22)를 작은 틈새를 두고 둘러싸는 금속 인서어트(64)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 봉입실(10)은 전류 입력 컨덕터들로서 배치된 정지 아아크 접촉부(24)와 가동 아아크 접촉부(20, 22)에 각각 접속되는 두개의 접속 단자 패드(14, 16)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 봉입실(10)이 원통형이며 이 봉입실 내부에 축방향으로 배치되는 하나의 포울을 포함하고, 상기 차단실(26)도 또한 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 차단기.
