Claims (3)
- 내통(11)과, 중통(12) 및 외통(13)의 3중 구조로 이루어지고 그 중통(12)과 외통(13) 사이에 보열공간부(14)가 형성된 내부용기(1)와, 상기 내부용기(1)가 수용설치될 수 있는 통 구조를 갖고 있고 그 하부에는 내부용기(1)의 밑면과 탄성 밀착되는 하부히터(43)를 갖는 몸체부분(32)과, 수증기배출장치(5)와 상부히터(44)를 구비하고 그 일측이 상기 몸체부분(32)에 힌지 결합되어 설치되는 뚜껑부분(31)을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 몸체부분(32)의 하부히터(43)와 뚜껑부분(31)의 상부히터(44)를 동시에 작동시켜 내부용기(1)내의 음식물을 조리하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 3중구조의 내부용기와 상,하부히터를 구비한 전기밥솥.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑부분(31)은 상기 몸체부분(32)과 결합되는 뚜껑케이스(313)와, 상기 뚜껑케이스(313) 내부에 내장되는 단열수단과, 상기 단열 수단과 소정 공간을 두고 형성된 단열효과를 높이기 위한 내부공간(320)과, 상기 내부공간(320) 하부에 배치되고, 조리용도에 따라 온도조절이 가능한 상부히터(44)와, 상기 상부히터(44)의 온도를 감지하기 위한 온도센서(351)와, 상기 상부히터(44)를 수용지지하고 내부용기(1)에 대한 뚜껑 역할을 하는 스테인리스 스틸판(317)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 3중 구조의 내부용기와 상,하부히터를 구비한 전기밥솥.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체부분(32)은 몸체케이스(331)과 내피(333)사이에 단열재(332)를 내장한 원통형 몸체와, 상기 내피(333)의 하부에 결합되고 공기 배출을 위한 구멍(338)이 형성된 하판(335)과, 상기 하판(335)에 소정 간격을 두고 결합되고 보온효과를 높이기 위해 상기 하판(335)의 구멍(338)을 온도 상태에 따라 개폐시켜 주는 바이메탈(355)(356)이 부착설치되며 공기배출을 위한 구멍(337)이 형성된 상판(336)과, 상기 상판(336)상에 소정 간격을 두고 설치되고 조리용도에 따라 온도 조절이 가능한 하부히터(43)와, 상기 내부용기(1)의 온도를 감지하도록 설치된 온도센서(350)를 포함하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 3중 구조의 내부용기와 상,하부히터를 구비한 전기밥솥.
