Claims (5)
- 기지국이 되는 송신쪽장치와, 이동국이 되는 수신쪽장치를 구비하고, 동일셀내의 각 채널에 직교확산계열(계열수 : m)과 유사잡음계열을 곱해서 얻게 된 확산계열을 할당해서 통신을 행하는 부호분할다원접속방식의 이동체통신장치에 있어서, 동일셀내의 채널번호 #1에서부터 #m까지에는 m개의 직교확산계열과 유사잡음계열을 곱한 확산계열을 대응시키는 동시에, 1사용자에 대해서 복수(n개)의 채널번호를 할당하고, 송신쪽장치에는, 사용자정보를 n분할하는 분리수단과, 이들 분할된 정보의 각각을, 그 사용자에 할당된 복수의 채널번호 중의 각각 1개의 채널번호에 대응하는 확산계열에서 확산처리하는 확산변조수단과, 확산처리된 정보를 합성해서 수신쪽장치에 출력하는 합성수단을 형성하는 한편, 수신쪽장치에는, 상기 확산처리된 정보를 상기 1사용자에 할당된 각 채널번호의 확산계열에서 역확산하는 역확산수단과, 역확산한 n채널분의 정보를 합성하는 다중수단을 형성하고, 상기 역확산수단에 의해 수신정보를 n채널분 재생하는 동시에, 다중수단에 의해 합성하므로서 정보전송을, 현상태의 속도에 대해서 n배의 고속도로서 행할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 이동체통신장치.
- 상기 분리수단은 입력되는 사용자정보의 정보전송속도를 감지하는 수단을 가지고, 각 정보전송속도에 따라서 분할배수를 가변할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동체통신장치.
- 기지국이 되는 송신쪽장치와, 이동국이 되는 수신쪽장치를 구비하고, 동일셀내의 각 채널에 직교확산계열(계열수 : m)과 유사잡음계열을 곱해서 얻게 된 확산계열을 할당해서 통신을 행하는 부호분할다원접속방식의 이동체통신장치에 있어서, 동일셀내의 채널번호 #1에서부터 #m까지에는 m개의 직교확산계열과 유사잡음계열을 곱한 확산계열을 대응시키는 동시에, 1사용자에 대해서 복수(n개)의 채널번호를 할당하고, 송신쪽장치에는, 사용자정보에 용장(冗長)데이터를 부가하고, 또 이 전체정보를 n분할하는착오정정부호화수단과, 이들분할된 정보의 각각을, 그 사용자에 할당된 복수의 채널번호 중의 각각 1개의 채널번호에 대응하는 확산계열에서 확산처리하는 확산변조수단과, 확산처리된 정보를 합성해서 수신쪽장치에 출력하는 합성수단을 형성하는 한편, 수신쪽장치에는, 상기 확산처리된 정보를 상기 1사용자에 할당된 각 채널번호의 확산계열에서 역확산하는 역확산수단과, 역확산한 n채널분의 정보를 합성한 후 착오정정처리하는 착오정정복호화수단을 형성하고, 상기 역확산수단에 의해 수신정보를 n채널분 재생하는 동시에, 착오정정복호화수단에 의해 합성해서 착오정정복호화 처리하므로서 현상태의 속도에서 고품질의 정보전송을 행할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 이동체통신장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 착오정정부호화수단은 사용자정보에 용장데이터를 부가한 전체정보 중, 사용자정보를 복수할당된 채널번호 중의 1개에 할당하고, 용장데이터를 분할해서 잔여채널번호에 할당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동체통신장치.
- 기지국이 되는 송신쪽장치와, 이동국이 되는 수신쪽장치를 구비하고, 동일셀내의 각 채널에 직교확산계열(계열수 : m)과 유사잡음계열을 곱해서 얻게 된 확산계열을 할당해서 통신을 행하는 부호분할다원접속방식의 이동체통신장치에 있어서, 동일셀내의 채널번호 #1에서부터 #m까지에는 m개의 직교확산계열과 유사잡음계열을 곱한 확산계열을 대응시키는 동시에, 1사용자에 대해서 복수의 채널번호를 할당하고, 송신쪽장치에는, 사용자정보에 착오정정용의 용장데이터를 부가한 정보를 생성하고, 또 이 전체정보를 분할하는데 있어서, 전체정보중 사용자정보를 1개의 채널번호에 할당하고, 착오정정부호화의 용장분을 분할해서 그 분할된 용장분의 각각을 잔여의채널번호에 할당해서 송신하는 한편, 수신쪽장치에서는, 상기 확산처리된 정보를 상기 1사용자에 할당된 각 채널번호의 확산계열에서 역확산하고, 역확산한 복수채널분의 정보를 합성한 후 착오정정처리하거나, 또는 확산처리된 사용자정보만을 그 채널번호의 확산계열에서 역확산하고, 역확산한 사용자정보를 착오정정 처리하거나 하는 동작을 선택적으로 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동체통신장치.
