Claims (6)
- 감압증류방식에 의해 원수에 포함된 중금속등의 무기물질이 제거되도록 원수를 수증기로 변환시키며 진공펌프(13)가 배설된 감압증발수단(10)과, 상기 감압증발수단(10)에 의해 변환된 수증기의 흐름을 가이드하도록 일단이 상기 감압증발수단(10)의 유출구(112)에 접속된 제1파이프부재(50)와, 상기 제1파이프부재(50)를 통과한 수증기가 무기물질이 제거된 정수로 변환되도록 수증기를 응축시키며 상기 제1파이프부재(50)의 타단이 접속된 응축수단(20)과, 상기 응축수단(20)에서 응축되어서 변환된 무기물질이 제거된 정수의 흐름을 가이드하도록 상기 응축수단(20)에 일단이 접속된 제2파이프부재(52)와, 상기 제2파이프부재(52)를 통과한 무기물질이 제거된 정수를 저장하도록 상기 제2파이프부재(52)의 타단이 접속된 저장수단(30)과, 상기 저장수단(30)에 저장된 무기물질이 제거된 정수의 흐름을 가이드하도록 상기 저장수단(30)에 일단이 접속된 제3파이프부재(53)와, 상기 제3파이프부재(53)를 통과한 정수에 포함된 각종 유기물질이 산화반응에 의해서 제거되어 초순수의 정수로 변환되도록 촉매에 의한 산화반응을 일으키며 상기 제3파이프부재(53)의 타단이 접속된 산화수단(40)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감압증류수단(10)은, 유입구(111)와 유출구(112)가 형성된 본체(11)와, 상기 본체(11)의 내부압력을 대체로 30Torr의 저압으로 유지시키도록 상기 본체(11)와 접속된 진공펌프(13)와, 상기 진공펌프(13)에 의해서 대체로 30Torr의 저압으로 유지된 상기 본체(11)로 유입된 원수가 기화되어 수증기로 변환되도록 대체로 30℃의 열을 가하는 가열부재(12)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감압증류수단(10)은 저온저압에 의해서 원수를 수증기로 기화시켜 원수중에 포함된 각종 무기물질을 제거시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 정수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화수단(40)은, 자외선을 방사하는 자외선등(42)과, 상기 자외선등(42)에서 방사되는 자외선에 의해서 활성화된 산화티타늄이 촉매로 작용하여 하이드록실 라디칼(OH·)을 생성시켜 원수중에 포함된 유기화합물질을 산화시켜 유기물질을 제거시키는 산화티타늄관(41)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정수장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 산화티타늄관(41)은 반도체 물질인 산화티타늄이 코팅된 연속된 나선형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 정수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3파이프부재(53)에는 상기 저장수단(30)에 저장된 정수가 상기 산화수단(40)으로 공급되도록 동력을 발생시키는 펌핑수단(60)이 배설된 것을 특징으로 하는 정수장치.
