Description
Claims (5)
- 밸브 조립체에 있어서, 입구부, 출구부, 상기 입구부 및 상기 출구부 사이에 위치한 원통형 배럴, 및 핸들 연장부를 갖춘 밸브 몸체; 상기 원통형 배럴의 상부면에 대해 선택적으로 밀봉하도록 구성된 유연성 있는 격판 조립부; 상기 유연성 있는 격판이 빌봉 및 개봉위치 사이에서 선택적으로 움직이로록 한 이송장치(trip mechanism); 및, 상기 상부면에 대해 상기 유연성 있는 격판을 선택적으로 밀봉하도록 상기 이송장치를 활성화하고, 상기 핸들 연장부에 부착한 하우징에 내장되어 있는 근접 감지기를 갖춘 자동 조절 수단;을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자동밸브 조립체
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이송장치가 상기 유연성 있는 격판 조립부로부터 상기 출구부까지 연장된 상기 원통형 배럴의 내부에 우회관 통로를 형성한 우회관 조립부; 와 상기 우회관 통로를 선택적으로 밀봉하도록 구성된 밀봉수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자동밸브 조립체
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉수단이 상기 원통형 배럴의 하방측에 위치하고, 상기 밀봉수단이, 상기 원통형 배럴과 거의 수직방향으로 위치한 피스톤, 상기 피스톤을 이동시키도록 된 자기유지 솔레노이드(a latching solenoid), 및 상기 피스톤의 일단에 부착된 밀봉용 돌출부를 포함하며, 상기 피스톤이 초기의 위치에 있을 때 상기 돌출부가 상기 우회관 통로에 개입(介入)하며 밀봉하는데 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 자동밸브 조립체
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 우회관 통로의 상부에 위치한 필터를 포함하여, 상기 필터의 상단부가 상기 밸브 몸체 내부 덮개 속에 위치한 중앙원형판 내부에 수용되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동 밸브 조립체
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유연성 있는 격판 조립부가, 방사상의 외측장착부 및 내측 안착면을 갖춘 유연성 있는 격판, 상기 유연성 있는 격판에 인접한 플로우링, 상기 유연성 있는 격판과 상기 플로우링에 인접한 배럴 비끄러짐부, 및 상기 배럴 미끄러짐부와 나사부로 체결된 잠금부를 포함하고, 상기 잠금부가 상기 중앙관을 따라 미끄러지도록 적용되며, 상기 우회관 통로가 상기 잠금부에 나사부로 체결 및 부착되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동밸브 조립체
