Claims (3)
- 사람의 B형 간염 바이러스 항원과 친화력을 유지하면서 인체내에서 자기면역반응을 유발시키지 않기 위하여 B형 간염 항원과의 결합부위인 베리어블 영역은 쥐의 것을 그대로 사용하고 컨스턴트 영역은 사람의 것으로 재조합된 헤비체인 또는 카파체인의 B형 바이러스 항체 생산 유전자를 삽입하여 재조합된 벡터를 아그로박테리움 튜미훼시언스(Agrobacterium tumefaciens)에 도입시키고, 상기 형질전환된 아그로박테리움 튜미훼시언스를 선별배양 담배식물에 감염시킨 후, 상기 감염된 담배식물을 배양 유전자를 발형시킴을 특징으로 하는 사람 B형 간염 바이러스 재조합 항체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재조합된 벡터는 카올리플라워 모자의 바이러스 35S 전사체의 프로모티(35S Promoter)와 노팔라인 신테이즈 터미네이터(Tnos) 사이에 B형 간염 바이러스 항체 생성 유전자를 삽입하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 사람 B형 간염 바이러스 재조합 항체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형질전환된 아그로박테리움 튜미훼시언스는 가나마이신이 첨가된 배지에서 선별 배양시킴을 특징으로 하는 사람 B형 간염 바이러스 재조합 항체의 제조방법.
