Claims (3)
- 불순물이 함유된 금속을 망상필터(4)내에 넣고, 비중과 녹는점이 정제될 금속보다 낮고 금속과 반응성이 없는 분리 매개체로의 염이 수용된 도가니(3)내에 망상 필터(4)를 장입시킨 후 정제할 금속의 융점까지 온도를 높여 액상의 분리가 시작되면 0.1℃/min 정도로 서서히 가열하여 고액(固液) 공존 온도의 구간에서 필터(4)의 회전에 의한 원심력으로 불순물이 많이 포함된 액상금속을 고상(固狀)으로 부터 연속적으로 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 부분용융법을 이용한 금속의 정련방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄 정련에서 리트륨 클로라이드(LiCl) 50%와 칼륨 클로라이드(KCl) 및 50%의 혼합 염욕을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부분용융법을 이용한 금속의 정련방법.
- 가열대, 냉각대, 침전대의 3단으로 구성되어 용융염의 자연대류로 상단부의 온도가 하단부의 온도보다 5℃ 이상의 차이가 존재하는 비교적 긴 수직 가열로(1)에 지주(2a)를 따라 승하강이 되도록 유삽된 암(2b)일측단에 회전체(2')가 하향되게 유삽되고, 세라믹 또는 세라믹을 플라즈마 코팅한 스텐레스 스틸재로된 원통형 망상필터(4)가 착탈 가능하게 회전체(2')에 하향되게 고정되어 염욕수용 도가니(3)내에서 회전되는 교반기(2)와 염과의 화학반응이 없고, 정련금속을 오염시키지 않는 재질의 염욕수용 도가니(3)가 부설된 구성을 특징으로 하는 부분용융법을 이용한 금속의 정련장치.
