Claims (1)
- 기판과, 상기 기판 위에 형성된 게이트라인과, 상기 게이트라인과 교차하여 형성된 데이터라인과, 상기 게이트라인과 상기 데이터라인 교차부에 형성된 화소전극과, 상기 데이터라인으로 연결되어 돌출된 소오스전극과, 상기 돌출된 소오스전극은 상기 게이트라인 위로 확장되는 구조에 있어서, 상기 게이트전극의 돌출부 길이(B)가 상기 데이터라인의 폭을 포함하여 데이터라인으로 부터 상기 게이트전극까지의 길이(A)에 비해 3배 이상 길게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
