Claims (2)
- 가속페달의 동작정도에 따라 동작상태가 가변되어 해당하는 신호를 출력하는 가속페달 동작상태 감지 스위치와; 자동차의 주행속도를 감지하여 해당하는 신호를 출력하는 자동차 속도 감지부와; 주행방향의 설정거리안에 장애물이 있는지를 확인하여 해당하는 신호를 출력하는 장애물 감지부와; 엔진의 회전수를 감지하여 해당하는 신호를 출력하는 엔진 회전수 감지부와; 상기 가속페달 동작상태 감지 스위치와 자동차 속도 감지부와 장애물 감지부와 엔진 회전수 감지부에 연결되어, 가속페달이 끝까지 밟히고 자동차의 속도가 설정속도 이하일 때, 장애물이 감지되면 엔진 회전수의 변화율을 설정값과 비교하고, 엔진 회전수의 변화율이 설정값 이상일 경우에 흡입공기량을 차단시키고 감속동작이 이루어질 수 있도록 제어신호를 출력하는 엔진 제어부와; 상기 엔진 제어부와 연결되어, 엔진 제어부에서 인가되는 제어신호에 의해 개폐정도가 가변되는 스로틀 보디와; 상기 엔진 제어부와 연결되어, 엔진 제어부에서 인가되는 제어신호에 의해 동작되는 브레이크 장치로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가속페달의 오동작으로 인한 사고 방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장애물 감지부는 자동차의 클러시 페드부분에 장착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가속페달의 오동작으로 인한 사고 방지장치.
