Abstract

본 고안은 자동차의 리어 가니쉬(Rear Garnish) 구조에 관한 것으로서, 특히 리어 가니쉬에 형성한 자동차 회사의 상호 또는 상표가 자동차 제동시에 선명히 나타날 수 있도록, 리어 업 판넬의 양측에 설치한 제동등과, 상기 제동등 사이에 배치되고 상기 리어 업 판넬에 고정되는 리플랙터와, 상기 제동등 불빛의 일부가 상기 리플렉터의 후면으로 유도될 수 있도록 상기 제동등 반사경의 일측면에 형성한 제동등원 유입구와, 상기 리플렉터의 후면에 유입된 불빛이 상기 리플렉터의 전면으로 유출될 수 있도록 상기 리플렉터의 평면 반사경에다수의 제동등원 유출구를 형성한다.
이와 같이 구성되는 본 고안의 리어 가니쉬 구조는, 상기 제동등원 유출구를 제외한 평면 반사경 부위만이 외부 광원에 대해서 반사하므로 음영의 구분이 뚜렸해져 주야에 관계없이 상호 또는 상표가 은은하게 표시되고, 특히 야간에 운전가가 자동차를 제동하게 되면 상기 제동등의 불빛이 상기 제동등원 유입구와 제동등원 유출구를 통해 유출되므로 리어 가니쉬에 상호 또는 상표가 확연하게 드러나 다른 차량의 운전자 또는 보행자에게 자사의 이미지를 부각시킬수 있는효과를 얻을 수가 있다.

제1도의 (a)는 일반적으로 리어 가니쉬가 자동차의 리어 업 판넬에 설치되어 있 는 것을 나타내는 정면도.

본 고안은 자동차의 리어 가니쉬(Reat Garnish) 구조에 관한 것으로서, 특히 리어 가니쉬에 형성한 자동차 회사의 상호 또는 상표가 자동차 제동시에 선명히 나타날 수 있도록 한 것이다.
리어 가니쉬란 제1도의 (a)에 도시한 바와 같이, 회사의 상호 또는 상표를 세겨넣은 리플렉터(1)를 자동차(2)의 후면 등화장치(3) 사이에 배치하고 리어 업 판넬(4)에 설치한 것으로서, 자동차(2)의 의장을 향상시키고 특히 야간에 타챠량의 조명으로 리플렉터(1)에서 제조업체의 상호 또는 상표가 반사되어 나타날 수 있도록 하여 자동차 제조사의 이미지를 제고시킴에 그 목적을 두고 있다.
종래의 리어 가니쉬 즉, 리플렉터는 제1도의 (b)에 도시한 바와 같이, 렌즈(1)의 외측은 평명(1a)으로 연마하고 내측은 렌즈 광학소자(1b)의 곡률 또는 두께를 적절히 조절하여 상기 렌즈 광학소자(1b)의 대응면에 형성한 포물면경(2)에 의해 빛이 반사될 때 빛의 굴절에 의해 음영이 나타나도록 함으로서 회사의 상호 또는 상표가 표시될 수 있도록 구성하였다.
미설명 부호(3)는 리어 업 판넬이 리플렉터를 볼트로 고정할 수 있도록 상기 평면 반사경(2)의 외측면에 형성한 보스이다.
이와 같은 구성에 의해서, 주간에는 태양광이 상기 렌즈 광학소자에 의해 굴절됨으로 제조사의 상호 또는 상표가 은은하게 보인다.
그러나 야간에는 광원이 외부에서 공급되어 빛의 조사 각도와 관찰자의 위치가 적절히 조화되어야만이 상호 또는 상표를 인지할 수 제한이 있었고 또한 리프펙터의 반사에 의한 효과도 미미한 단점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이를 감안하여 고안한 것으로서, 브레이크등의 불빛을 가니쉬 내측에 유도하고 유도된니 불빛을 가니쉬의 외측으로 유도함으로서 브레이크 제동등에 의해 회사의 상호 또는 상표가 선명히 나타날 수 있도록 한 자동차 리어 가니쉬 구조를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
이하 본 고안의 실시예를 제2도를 참조하여 설명하면 하기와 같다.
외측면은 평면(11a)으로 형성하고 내측면은 다수의 광학소자(11b)를 형성한 렌즈(11)와, 상기 렌즈(11)의 내측면에 평면 반사경(12)을 결합하여 구성하는 리플렉터(13)와, 상기 리플렉터(13)가 설치되는 리어 업 판넬(14)의 양측에 배치하여 고정한 후면 등화장치(15)와, 상기 평면 반사경(12)의 외측면에 제동등(16)의 불빛이 유입될 수 있도록 포물면경(17) 일측면에 형성한 제동등원 유입구(18)와, 상기 평면 반사경(12)과 상기 렌즈(11)를 통해 상기 제동등(16)의 불빛이 외부로 유출될 수 있도록 상기 평면 반사경(12) 적소에 다수의 제동등원 유출구(19)를 형성한다.
한편, 상기 제동등 유출구멍(19)은 상기 평면 반사경(12)에 상호 또는 상표를 표기함으로서 형성된다.
미설명 부호(20),(21)는 상기 후면 등화장치(15)와 상기 평면 반사경(12)을 상기 리어 업 판넬(14)에 체결할 수 있도록 한 보스이다.
이와 같이 구성되는 본 고안의 리어 가니쉬 구조는, 제동등원 유출구(19)을 제외한 평면 반사경(12) 부위만이 외부 광원에 대해서 반사하므로 음영의 구분이 뚜렸해져 주야에 관계없이 상호 또는 상표가 은은하게 표시되고, 특히 야간에 운전자가 자동차를 제동하게 되면 상기 제동등(16)의 불빛이 상기 제동등원 유입구(18)와 제동등원 유출구(19)를 통해 유출되므로 리어 가니쉬에 상호 또는 상표가 확연하게 드러나 다른 차량의 운전자 또는 보행자에게 자사의 이미지를 부각시킬 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수가 있다.

  1. 리어 업 판넬의 양측에 설치한 제동등과, 상기 제동등 사이에 배치되고 상기 리어 업 판엘에 고정되는 리플렉터와, 상기 제동등 불빛의 일부가 상기 리플렉터의 후면으로 유도될 수 있도록 상기 제동등 반사경의 일측면에 형성한 제동등원 유입구와, 상기 리플렉터의 후면에 유입된 불빛이 상기 리플렉터의 전면으로 유출될 수 있도록 상기 리플렉터의 평면 반사경에 다수의 제동등원 유출구를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 리어 가니쉬 구조.
