Abstract

본 고안은 곡물의 이송라인이나 도정의 곡물이송라인에 설치하여 곡물이송중에 발생하는 분진이나 이 물질을 원심력에 의하여 정선할수 있게 한 것이다. 종래에는 곡물이송 초기, 즉 인입시에 대형의 정선기 또는 조선기에 의하여 정선 및 조선을 하여 왔지만 정선이 완벽하게 이루어지지 않는 문제점이 있었을 뿐 아니라 곡물이송중에는 분진이 연속적으로 발생되므로 초기에 1회에 거쳐 정선 및 조선하는 것으로는 정선이 완벽하게 이루어질 수 없는 문제점이 있었다. 이와같은 문제점을 적게하기 위하여, 곡물이송라인이나 도정기계의 곡물이송라인의 적절한 곳에 간단하게 설치하여 이송되는 곡물중에 함유된 분진 및 이물질을 원심력에 의하여 배진 및 정선능력을 높일 수 있게한 것이다. 이와같이 된 본 고안을 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 외동체(1)의 하부중앙에 지지체(2)에 지지되게 회전축(3)을 설치하여 지지체(2)의 상부에 이물질 배출날개(4)를 고정시킨 밀폐캡(5)을 설치하고 그 상부에서 회전축(3)에 개구(6a)를 형성한 누두형 재치판(6)을 고정시켜 개구(6a)의 하부에 원심력에 의하여 닫히게 한 개폐판(7)을 회전축(3)에 유착시키고 누두형 재치판(6)의 상부에는 회전다공망통(8)을 설치하고 누두형재치판(6)의 외주연에는 곡물이송날개(9)를 일정간격으로 수개 고정시키며 회전축(3)의 상단에는 회전다공망통(8)이 내부에 위치되게 곡물분사판(10)을 고정시키고 회전다공망통(8)의 상부개구(8a)에는 곡물유입관(11)을 설치하고 외동체(1)의 상부일측에는 흡인송풍기(12)를 설치하여서 된 것이다.The present invention is installed on the grain conveying line or the grain conveying line of the city, so that the dust generated during grain conveying or the substance can be selected by centrifugal force.
