Claims (7)
- 순간가열식의 보일러에 사용되는 열교환기에서 원형단면의 가열관의 전열면핀을 확대시키는 전열핀에 있어서, 상기 원형단면의 가열관이 통과하는 원형의 관통구멍(H)의 외측상부에 전열핀(1)의 면외로 돌출하는 쇼울더부(2)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 전열핀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 쇼울더부(2)가 상기 전열핀(1)의 일부를 절개하여 연결부(2a)와 전열면(2b)을 가지도록 L자형으로 절곡함으로써 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 전열핀.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연결부(2a)가 상기 관통구멍(H)에 인접한 쪽에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 전열핀.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연결부(2a)가 상시 원형의 관통구멍(H)과 소정간격을 두고 상기 관통구멍(H)의 접선방향에 평행한 방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 전열핀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관통구멍(H)이 각각 가열관이 통과하도록 복수로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 전열핀.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 관통구멍(H) 사이를 연결하는 브리지부의 하부가 상측으로 인입되어 인입부(4)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 전열핀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전열핀(1) 하축 양단부에 상측으로 인입된 인입부(5)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 전열핀.
