Claims (3)
- 헬륨-네온 레이저(2)로부터 발생된 광원을 광분할기(8)를 통하여 투과시켜 강판(15)으로 입사시키고, 가시광선 영역인 헬륨네온 레이저(1)를 적외선 영역인 상기 헬륨-네온 레이저(2)와 평행으로 장착하여 가시광선(P1)을 광원(P2)에 중첩시키며, 상기 강판(15)에서 반사된 광원(P2)을 광센서(12)에서 전기적 신호로 변환시켜 A/D변환기(16)로 입력시키며, 상기 광센서(12) 전방에는 실린더행 렌스(13)를 장착하여 광원(P2)을 직선으로 집속시키고, 상기 광분할기(8)에 의해서 회절된 광원(P3)을 광센서(11)에서 A/D변환기(16)로 입력시키며, 상기 A/D변환기(16)를 통한 광원(P2)(P3)을 컴퓨터(17)에 의해서 연산하여 표면조도를 계산한 다음, 이를 모니터(18)와 프린터(19)에 출력시키도록 된 비접촉식 표면조도 측정장치에 있어서, 상기 광원(P2)과 가시광선(P1)은 강판(15)에 대하여 68°∼ 78°의 입사각(θ)을 유지하면서 입사되고, 정반사되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 강판의 표면조도 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광원(P2)과 가시광선(P1)은 광분할기(8) 후방측의 거울(10)에 의해서 상기 입사각(θ)으로 회절됨을 특징으로 하는 강판의 표면조도 측정장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 입사각(θ)은 77°임을 특징으로 하는 강판의 표면조도측정장치.
