Claims (8)
- 集電板および前記集電板の一部に形成された活物質層を有する電極板が、セパレータを挟んで巻かれており、充放電反応を行う反応領域を有する発電要素と、
前記発電要素を収容するケースと、
前記発電要素と接続された電極端子と、を有し、
前記発電要素のうち前記反応領域と隣り合う接続領域は、前記電極板のうち、前記活物質層が形成されていない前記集電板が互いに重ねられた状態において、前記電極端子と接続されており、
前記発電要素は、前記電極板が折り返された屈曲部と、前記屈曲部と隣り合う位置において、前記接続領域の一部が切断された切断部とを有しており、
前記電極端子は、前記切断部に対して固定されていることを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 前記電極端子は、前記切断部において、前記集電板によって挟まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記電極端子は、前記切断部において、互いに重ねられた前記集電板と隣り合う位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記電極端子は、前記ケースのうち、前記屈曲部と対向する領域に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記電極端子は、前記切断部に溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置。
- 発電要素がケースに収容された蓄電装置の製造方法であって、
前記発電要素は、集電板および前記集電板の一部に形成された活物質層を有する電極板が、セパレータを挟んで巻かれて構成されているとともに、充放電反応を行う反応領域と、前記電極板のうち前記活物質層が形成されていない前記集電板を含み、電極端子が接続される接続領域とを有しており、
前記発電要素のうち、前記電極板が折り返された屈曲部と隣り合う位置において、前記接続領域の一部を切断して切断部を形成する第1工程と、
前記接続領域における前記集電板を互いに重ねた状態において、前記電極端子を前記切断部と接続する第2工程と、
を有することを特徴とする蓄電装置の製造方法。 - 前記第2工程では、前記切断部において、前記集電板によって挟まれる位置に前記電極端子を配置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
- 前記第2工程では、前記切断部において、互いに重ねられた前記集電板と隣り合う位置に前記電極端子を配置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
