Abstract
Description
穿刺装置に着脱自在に装着されて用いられる穿刺具であって、
先端に鋭利な針先が設けられている針体と、該針先が露出するように前記針体に固着されている針ハブと、該針ハブから先端方向に延出し、前記針体との距離が変化するように弾性変形可能な弾性変形部とを有する穿刺針と、
前記弾性変形部の外周に装着され、前記弾性変形部と前記針体との距離が変化して先端方向に離脱可能なリング状部材と、
前記穿刺針をその長手方向に移動可能に収納し、前記リング状部材が当接し、先端方向に移動するのを阻止するようにその内周部に設けられたリング状部材当接部と、前記針先が突出可能な先端開口とを有するケーシングとを備え、
前記弾性変形部から先端方向へ離脱した前記リング状部材が前記弾性変形部の先端と、前記リング状部材当接部との間に入って、前記穿刺針の移動を制限することにより、前記針先が前記ケーシングの先端開口から突出するのが阻止されるよう構成されていることを特徴とする穿刺具である。
第1図〜第5図は、それぞれ、本発明の穿刺具の第1実施形態を示す縦断面図、第6図および第7図は、それぞれ、本発明の穿刺具(第1実施形態)を穿刺装置に装着して使用する方法を説明するための図(縦断面図)、第8図は、第6図および第7図に示す穿刺装置が備える調節部の構成(側面および両端面)を示す図である。なお、以下では、第1図〜第7図中の左側を「先端」、右側を「基端」として説明する。
図9は、本発明の穿刺具の第2実施形態を示す縦断面図である。なお、以下では、第9図中の左側を「先端」、右側を「基端」として説明する。
先端に鋭利な針先が設けられている針体と、該針先が露出するように前記針体に固着されている針ハブと、該針ハブから先端方向に延出し、前記針体との距離が変化するように弾性変形可能な弾性変形部とを有する穿刺針と、前記弾性変形部の外周に装着され、前記針体との距離が変化して先端方向に離脱可能なリング状部材と、前記穿刺針をその長手方向に移動可能に収納し、前記リング状部材が当接し、先端方向に移動するのを阻止するようにその内周部に設けられたリング状部材当接部と、前記針先が突出可能な先端開口とを有するケーシングとを備え、前記弾性変形部から先端方向へ離脱した前記リング状部材が前記弾性変形部の先端と、前記リング状部材当接部との間に入って、前記穿刺針の移動を制限することにより、前記針先が前記ケーシングの先端開口から突出するのが阻止されるよう構成されている。そのため、穿刺針の弾性変形部から離脱したリング状部材に、前記弾性変形部が当接することによって、穿刺針の先端方向への移動が規制されるため、穿刺後における針先が先端開口から突出するのを確実に防止することができる。従って、本発明の穿刺具は、産業上の利用可能性を有する。
Claims (7)
- 穿刺装置に着脱自在に装着されて用いられる穿刺具であって、
先端に鋭利な針先が設けられている針体と、該針先が露出するように前記針体に固着されている針ハブと、該針ハブから先端方向に延出し、前記針体との距離が変化するように弾性変形可能な弾性変形部とを有する穿刺針と、
前記弾性変形部の外周に装着され、前記弾性変形部と前記針体との距離が変化して先端方向に離脱可能なリング状部材と、
前記穿刺針をその長手方向に移動可能に収納し、前記リング状部材が当接し、先端方向に移動するのを阻止するようにその内周部に設けられたリング状部材当接部と、前記針先が突出可能な先端開口とを有するケーシングとを備え、
前記弾性変形部から先端方向へ離脱した前記リング状部材が前記弾性変形部の先端と、前記リング状部材当接部との間に入って、前記穿刺針の移動を制限することにより、前記針先が前記ケーシングの先端開口から突出するのが阻止されるよう構成されていることを特徴とする穿刺具。 - 前記リング状部材の内周は、内径が先端方向に向って漸増するテーパ状をなしており、
前記弾性変形部における前記リング状部材が装着される装着部の外周は、外径が先端方向に向って漸増するテーパ状をなしている請求の範囲第1項に記載の穿刺具。 - 前記リング状部材の内周のテーパ角度は、1〜45度である請求の範囲第2項に記載の穿刺具。
- 前記リング状部材は、前記弾性変形部に対して不可逆的に離脱される請求の範囲第1項に記載の穿刺具。
- 前記弾性変形部は、互いに離間した複数の突出部で構成されている請求の範囲第1項に記載の穿刺具。
- 前記ケーシングの内周部には、前記リング状部材が基端方向に移動するのを阻止する係止部を有し、
前記穿刺針が前記ケーシングに対して基端方向へ移動することにより、前記弾性変形部に装着された前記リング状部材が前記係止部に当接して、前記弾性変形部から離脱する請求の範囲第1項に記載の穿刺具。 - 前記ケーシングの内周部には、前記針ハブの外周部と係合するハブ係合部を有し、
前記針ハブを前記ハブ係合部から離脱させる力は、前記リング状部材を前記弾性変形部から離脱させる力より大きい請求の範囲第1項に記載の穿刺具。
