NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I {R<1> is vinyl or ethyl; R<2> is piperiodinoacetyl] or formula II [R<4> is lower alkyl; R<5> is morpholino or formula III (R<6> and R<7> are H or lower alkyl; n is integer of 0-3)]; R<3> is lower alkylcarbonyl and salt thereof. EXAMPLE:6-(2-Morpholinopropionyl)phosphocholin. USE:Heat failure treating agent, antihypertensive agent, cerebral vasodilator, etc., excellent in positive thixotropy inotropic action, adenylyl cyclase activating action, water solubility, etc. PREPARATION:A 7-deacetylphorcholic expressed by formula IV is reacted with a carboxylic acid expressed by the formula R<2>OH to afford a compound expressed by formula V, which is reacted with a base such as triethylamine to provide the compound expressed by formula VI.
