When the mode changes from the circuit waveguide mode into the corrugated waveguide, the part 11a giving much effect on the electric characteristic is manufactured at least by the maching and the part including the horn 12 is manufactured by die casing, etc. Thus, the horn with excellent electric characteristic efficiency is formed.
