Abstract

A microcomputer 5 executes the PID control, etc., with the deviation of the gas pressure signal and the setting pressure value and sends an opening closing signal through an output interface 10 and a driver circuit 3. Further, the microcomputer 5 knows the gas instantaneous flow, integrates this, also knows the integrating flow, transmits this through communication equipment 15 to a central control computer 14 and displays it.
