Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow a semiconductor device to provide a power source for a control circuit for itself and to turn out a power supply for other devices, by providing a power circuit inside a power-IC in which reduced voltage is turned out from the power source supplied to an output stage element. CONSTITUTION:To input terminals 7-1 and 7-2 connectable to an external power supply and to an output terminal 8 connectable to the external load, switching means 4-1 and 4-2 turning ON and OFF according to the driving signal from a control circuit 3 are connected. A control signal is given from a signal input terminal 6 to the control circuit 3. A power circuit 2 is connected to input terminals 7-1 and 7-2. This power circuit 2 turns out the voltage more reduced than the external power voltage which is supplied to the control circuit 3. The voltage turned out in the power circuit 2 is given from a terminal 5 to the external load.
