Besides, the distribution device 10 is provided with a control unit 54 for transmitting the electric signal of a working power rate detected by the watthour meter 14 and for controlling the switching of various electrical equipments, and is controlled by a telephone line and the like. Besides, from the first power converting means 36, converted DC power is transmitted to respective DC output terminal groups 40, and the second power converting means 44 is provided with a battery 48, and from the terminal group 52, current is fed to a computer and memory.
