In receiving a call to the terminal equipment setting the incoming transfer, the transfer destination read means 12 uses a memory 3 to read the number and type of the terminal equipment being the transfer destination set by the terminal equipment 2 and the information is given to a incoming, transfer control means 12, which specifies the transfer destination terminal equipment 2 depending on the destination number and its type read therefrom to apply the control to transfer the incoming call to the specified terminal equipment.
